Due to decreased enrollment it was put up for auction in 2013 and by 2015 Scout, a multidisciplinary design firm with a background in transforming vacant spaces in creative ways, took ownership of the building. Now, Bok has been deemed as a historical building on the National Registry of Historic Places and houses more than 250 businesses and artists. It’s 340,000 square foot structure is also home to a cafe and an award-winning rooftop bar.
