I love this venue! The team is very friendly and accommodating! We were hair and makeup vendors for the day and the team came in and made sure we knew there was food for us and they checked on our team multiple times throughout the day. They were on top of the food and ensuring the bridal party was fed and had everything they needed. I felt very welcome and that they truly cared about the experience everyone had while on property!

Our experience in Red Ridge was amazing!! We had a micro wedding with about 30 guests. Chris and Bethany and their staff are very professional :) we felt very comfortable since day 1, they made sure every single detail was taken care of. They were extremely flexible with many of our changes, they have great ideas and suggestions, we knew they have a lot of experience with weddings since our first conversation. They made sure the WHOLE wedding planning process was smooth and the least stressful possible for us. We HIGHLY recommend Red Ridge for your wedding or any other event. The day of our wedding there was a high possibility of rain, but the staff was ready with a plan B. The place is beautiful, everything was sooo elegant and the staff is great! :)

I absolutely loved my wedding at hotel ella! First off, the hotel itself is so beautiful and different and was the perfect vibe we wanted. The people working there are so sweet and easy to work with, and because it’s smaller everyone is involved and wants to help make the day perfect. I couldn’t picture a more beautiful location, and for our slightly smaller wedding (110-115) it was absolutely perfect!

Due to COVID & the fact that my fiancé and I were separated between borders (Canada & USA) we didn't have the engagement/wedding we originally had planned. It came down to plan C which was to elope in Austin with a few family and friends. I found South Congress Hotel and was completely blown away with the coordinators help and knew within one email this was where we were going to elope. Not only was the planning process smooth (did I mention we planned this in one month?!) but the day of the wedding was more and everything I could have imagined. The decor was beautiful, the venue was aesthetic and the food was SO good. On top of it all, staying at the hotel was a highlight not only for us but for our guests too! I'd highly recommend South Congress Hotel as a wedding venue!

We've worked with Cakes ROCK!!! for many years, which is now located inside the wonderful new Rose Haven Bakery & Event Venue. Rose Haven is such a unique venue, as it has the custom cakes & retail bakery onsite, and also several event spaces, all surrounded by antique rose gardens. Combining the event venue with the bakery is such a great idea, as there are so few spaces in the Austin area for non-wedding events, like birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, showers, corporate events, etc. So it's an amazing event space with amazing cakes desserts in-house!

We had our Indian wedding in March of 2024 and it was a dream come true thanks to Hotel Viata. We had multiple events spread over a couple of venues but Hotel Viata hosted our guests the entire weekend as well as several of our events. We had a LGBTQ Indian wedding and they truly rose to the occasion. Our main contact Kelsey was FANTASTIC, but we truly received top notch service from everyone-from the folks that welcomed us at the desk to the bartenders and servers at our events. They went above and beyond to learn about our traditions and make each of events special. Honestly, we felt like extended family and our guests raved about the experience. The love, openness and celebratory affection they radiated our entire weekend…well that was priceless. Within their ability, they truly tried to make all of our wishes come true. One example of their kindness was when Kelsey went above and beyond and grabbed food for one of our best friend’s young kids…just because we wanted to make sure she had something that she would definitely eat. We’ll always remember our wedding with love and fondness….it was such a special time. And we’ll always be grateful to Hotel Viata for making our 20-year long dream come true. I looked at a ton of different venues throughout Austin for my wedding and I KNEW 800 Congress was the one. It delivered on every front. The space is absolutely gorgeous and ready to take on the energy of your event. The location is breathtaking at night in such a gorgeous area of downtown. Make use of the projector screen in the corner of the venue as it can’t be pulled out of sight- we aired a black and white movie during the reception and it added such a flair to the entire event. Everyone was easy and professional to work with, and I had the best wedding day.

I truly cannot thank nor speak highly enough about Hunter, Jena, and the entire Terrace Club team. I recently got married at the Terrace Club on 10/26/2024 and it was the absolute best day of my life. It would not have been possible without Hunter and Jena helping me along the way. They made sure every detail of my day was beyond perfected and that everyone in attendance was having the absolute best time. When I signed with this venue, from that day on, they were there to answer any of my questions, help me book with vendors, and made sure everything was taken care of. Hunter was so gracious to let me tour the venue several times for family that traveled in, made sure we had everything we needed on the day of, and constantly made the process exciting. Jena was absolutely incredible at implementing every detail of my day. She let me move the bar to change the venue layout, she helped me surprise my husband with beer burros, she made sure my bridal party was ready for the ceremony, and she made sure all night me and my husband didn’t need or want for a thing. The inclusive package at the terrace club made planning a breeze not having to need table clothes, centerpieces, candles, and more. The catering company they use made the most amazing meal for our wedding to the point I still receive compliments on how amazing Gourmet Gals food was. I highly recommend getting married at the Terrace Club. I have received so many compliments on the property. It overlooks the Texas sunset which you won’t get anywhere else. There was not one thing I would change about my wedding day and I owe that all to Hunter, Jena, and the Terrace Club team. They will always hold a special place in my heart for all they did on my big day. This venue is by far the best place to get married. Many of my friends have not had the experience I had planning a wedding and I know that’s because of the Terrace Club. If you are looking for the perfect venue that has a perfect view, amazing greenery, and the most amazing reception space this is the place. And the best part of getting married here is getting to work with the best coordinator Jena, the owner Hunter, and all of the staff at The Terrace Club. Two Wishes Ranch was truly the venue of our dreams! After needing to find a new venue after postponing our wedding due to Covid, we had almost given up hope until we visited Two Wishes. It was by far the most beautiful venue we had seen and Janeen and her team were so helpful and accommodating. After our wedding last weekend, our guests couldn’t stop raving about how gorgeous the expansive ranch was and loved all the special touches like the airstream, bandstand and fire pit area since it truly had something for everyone. Peached Social House was the perfect venue for our intimate wedding reception. Emily, our coordinator, was always communicative, responsive, and polite in our planning process. The space comfortably accommodated our 54 guests and was beautifully decorated. The Peached Social team assisted with event coordination, setup, breakdown, and catering - handling every detail smoothly. The delicious food and creative cocktails were highlights of the event. Everything Peached delivered, from the charming venue to the attentive staff, contributed to a warm, memorable evening with our nearest and dearest. My husband and I could not have asked for more. We had our rehearsal dinner at Treaty Oak in April. We had about 40 people in the Mercantile room which was probably a bit too many, the tables ended up being placed really close to one another but we made it work. The planning process was a little difficult, communication was often delayed and made us a little anxious but once all the details were worked out the event went really well. The food, drinks and the environment were amazing! I would definitely recommend.

Not only was the venue beautiful, but the staff really are the stars of this review. Kim, the venue coordinator was amazing to work with! She was accommodating, available, and such a fun personality to be around. The bar staff that we had serve during our wedding were amazing as well! They were quick and kept the guests moving quickly. Everyone raved about the wedding and how beautiful the venue was. I was scared I wasn’t going to make the venue very wedding like since it’s a distillery, but the space was gorgeous on its own and as a minimalist bride, I was able to include some touches that just made the whole venue stand out. Oh! And the drinks were AMAZING! Kim even went above and beyond by naming some of their drinks to match our names.

We had a birthday gathering for my 90 year old sister for her close friends and relatives which turned out to be 110 people. The Activity Center was extremely helpful in getting this set up and had many helpful ideas. Also, as issues arose at the last minute they had solutions. Camp Lucy was above and beyond in every way! The space was gorgeous, the staff was so helpful and friendly, and the experience itself was so wonderful. Our account manager Laura was always so helpful and very sweet and friendly, she helped everything go so smoothly and was super at communicating and answering all of our questions! The venue itself was beautiful and the perfect mix of outdoor-indoor spaces for our ceremony and reception. The bridal and groom suites were gorgeous, and our food and drink service that morning was wonderful. The Camp Lucy catering and bar staff were also phenomenal the entire night! We stayed on-site in one of the resort suites, and that experience was also above and beyond thanks to the lovely staff. Aside from being a beautiful venue, Camp Lucy is also a wonderful resort with really cool historical points and a great (seriously, so good!) restaurant. We will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary!

We got married at Cypress Falls on Sept. 19 2020, and it was an absolute dream come true. From decor, to day-of coordination, to on-site accommodations, this is the smartest decision anyone could ever make when choosing their wedding venue. There is so much attention to detail by the staff and they truly embrace you in a way that feels like family. The property itself is incredible and makes for such a fun wedding weekend (or wedding week if you want to extend the party like we did). Our family and friends had a blast at the swimming hole, hanging out in the Tavern, and staying at the Lodge. There is so much Texas charm everywhere you look. The ceremony site is gorgeous and serene. The indoor/outdoor reception area is a perfect setup and the decor turned out stunning. Even when it comes to unconventional details, the staff is there for you in a way that is above and beyond. Many of our family members could not attend the wedding due to travel restrictions with COVID-19. We were able to live-stream the ceremony and reception to them all the way in Australia which is something we will all cherish forever. Special thanks to the staff who made it all possible... Lynnsey - You're a gem. Thank you for taking such good care of us and our guests, even the ones abroad. We are so appreciative of everything you did to ensure the success of our beautiful wedding. The Terrace at Highland Lakes was an absolute dream venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication style was direct, understanding and open - they were always quick to respond to our questions and accommodate our needs. The quality of their work and value was exceptional. We had our wedding at about 4:30/5 P.M., which was a great time with the sun setting and creating a beautiful glow. The deer were outside watching it all, and the overall view was simply stunning. The inside was clean and open, but the best part was the bridal suite - it was the perfect space for us to get ready in comfort and style. Gabi, the day-of coordinator, was the ultimate MVP. She accommodated us with just about anything we asked for, constantly made sure I was fed and hydrated, and even stepped in to help my bridesmaids with anything they needed. She did more for us on the day than our year-long planner. I wish I had Gabi as my planner as well, because she truly made our special day even more magical. We are so grateful to the entire team at The Terrace at Highland Lakes for helping to create the wedding of our dreams.

Larry and I spent almost every Friday night here - listening to his records on Grandma's old record player or sitting on the back porch swing counting the number of cars on the trains as they passed by. We loved our time with Prima Vista! Ellen was so great to work with and answered my many questions with grace! The venue is so beautiful it needs minimal decor and they have a closet of things to use from other couples! We left some hurricanes, tea lights and chargers there. They also took our flowers to the memory care unit the next day which was so kind.

This place is amazing, and has it all. Cabins for your guests, a wonderful and caring staff, a beautiful river front landing, and a covered pavilion. It’s a beautiful spot with so many gorgeous views. The best part was still the staff. Very calming, accommodating, and friendly folks made our day as seamless as possible! 10/10 would recommend!!

We stayed at the Continental and it was so special. They really went the extra mile with all of the extra touches of style. It felt luxurious from the pillow to the shower. We had everything we needed. The trails were fun and pickle ball was great, especially after we had feasted at a local restaurant we had a fun activity to burn off all the the yummy food we had eaten. Walking the grounds we saw so many beautiful spaces, including the tent sites and ponds. We can't wait to return! The hosts are great and they really make sure your stay is a wonderful experience.

If there were ever things that needed attention before or during our day, the team at HHR and Niki took care of everything.
