    It is a beautiful venue, and thankfully that in itself was what we were going for. Communication was slow to be answered. One worker would tell us one thing, and another something different. The venue is natually pretty, that it doesn't take much decor. They have a lot of rules that ended up costing more than we were initially prepared (must use one of their recommended month of coordinators and one of their full service caterers). Our biggest complaint about the venue was the AC. Although it was working, they refused to turn it down according to the amount of people we had indoors. It was comfortable in the reception hall before the reception began with only 15 people in there. When the outside temperature is 90, and you know 200 people are about to come in from cocktail hour, the air needs to be adjusted. It took us getting onto an employee before it was finally adjusted some. People who were not dancing, were fanning themselves and complaining of the heat. For the price we paid, they could have adjusted the air accordingly and paid the extra electricity charges. It's embarrassing to host an event and have guests complaining of how hot it was inside.

    We couldn't recommend Ma Maison more! Karen and her team helped to make our wedding day perfection from beginning to end. They were beyond professional and helpful when we had to postpone our wedding because of COVID and made each and every one of our guests feel safe with the safety precautions they put in place for our rescheduled date. The grounds at Ma Maison are second to none and there are so many spots that provide amazing backdrops for a ceremony and for wedding pictures. If you're looking for a venue that has everything you could ever want, Ma Maison is the way to go. Karen and her team are genuinely good people who go above and beyond to make sure your day is something you will never forget!
