Wild Aura offers a truly cinematic film for your wedding day or special event. Every film is a unique piece of artwork, customized to you and your fiancé. Wild Aura Films is comprised of veteran filmmaker Aaron Cassara and Sally Davis, both of whom have formal training in video production, TV and film and have worked in documentary, commercial, television, and narrative filmmaking for years. They have been capturing weddings together in New York City since 2018.

Wild Aura creates filmic remembrances for romantic unions. We employ cinematic techniques to achieve an emotional moving portrait of you, your fiancé and your wedding day. We aren’t making a video of your wedding, we’re creating Your Wedding The FILM. Aaron Cassara and Sally Davis have extensive experience in wedding cinematography, but also documentary, TV, narrative film and the commercial world. They’ve been working together in NYC since 2018.

Definitely! While we’re based in Brooklyn, we’re available for destination weddings worldwide. We’re happy to come to your city for an additional fee to cover the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations.

Yes! We’re happy to send a copy of our certificate of liability insurance to your venue or any other vendors upon request.

All footage we film is edited in-house by Aaron and Sally, the same team that will be filming on your wedding day.

Yes! All packages can be customized to fit your needs. Wild Aura Films offers a variety of “add-ons” such as Drone Coverage and Rehearsal Dinner coverage, as well as longer edits such as 30-minute highlights and Posterity Edits.

While we do try to use your favorite songs, due to copyright laws, we are unable to use many pop songs. We have access to thousands of songs from the MusicBed database including songs from all genres. Couples can send us song choices and we will do our best to license that song, but if copyright laws don’t allow for it, we will choose a song of a similar style that best matches your wedding film.

Highlight films are included in all packages and will be delivered between 8 and 10 weeks from the date of the event. Sneak Peek films are included in all packages and is an approximately 1 minute preview of what’s to come. Sneak Peeks will be delivered to you within 1 week of your wedding.

Wild Aura Films uses Sony a7sii cameras and large-screen Atamos monitors that enable 4K capture and high color depth.
