Located just 20 minutes outside of Austin in the Texas Hill Country. The Rackhouse at Desert Door is a newly renovated venue that boasts 1500 square feet of flexible space with an additional 1200 square feet of available covered patio seating. Whether you’re planning a wedding rehearsal dinner, private party, corporate event or something else entirely, The Rackhouse can turn your event into a special, one of a kind experience.

Jessica (The Rackhouse at Desert Door) truly brought our vision to life, creating a day we will never forget. It sounds so cliche, but it was truly one of the best days of our life. From our very first inquiry to the big day, Jessica was professional, supportive, and always responsive to our questions, offering thoughtful ideas from her extensive experience. What we appreciated most was how seamless she made the entire process. From setup to tear-down, delivering exceptional service and drinks, and regularly checking in with us, she/they exceeded every expectation. We’re so grateful to have had such an incredible team as part of our happily ever after!

We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. Leading up to the big day, it was so easy to keep track of all the details thanks to the user friendly client portal. We really appreciated how communicative, thoughtful, and patient Jessica was throughout the whole process. She answered every question promptly and professionally. On the day of, our vendors were blown away by how amazing Jessica and her team were to work with. The bartender and staff made sure my husband and I stayed hydrated and got to enjoy the beautifully crafted cocktails we chose. Guests couldn't stop talking about the venue and how it facilitated such an intimate and personal event experience. The atmosphere was so unique and the desert chic vibe made it easy to plan our decor. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

I absolutely love The Rackhouse at Desert Door. This space is 100% unique, and a true embodiment of the spirit of the Desert Door brand. It's wild, and bold, natural and spacious.. and perfect for a smaller wedding or elopement. The manager, Jessica, is a dream to work with. She loves bringing unique visions to life and will be at your side every step of the way.
