We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Teyanna was beyond accommodating and informative throughout the entire process. Her precise, creative, and professional "client-first" mentality shone through. From countless Zoom calls to meeting up in person to select flowers, it was more than we could have asked for and were expecting. Her professionalism and creativity showed through when we had to improvise our outdoor ceremony to an indoor one thanks to a horrific tropical storm. When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Then she was able to work with me to donate our flowers to a women’s shelter; a cause that hits close to home for me. I cannot recommend Avenue Design Studio enough!!

Where do I even start? Liz was an incredible wedding planner from day one. My wedding was in September, and we booked Liz in August of the previous year—it was one of the best wedding planning decisions I made. It’s hard to believe she was juggling other weddings with how communicative and responsive she was. Liz spent so much time meeting with me and working on things outside of our scheduled meetings, it felt like I was her only client! Liz was always just a phone call, text, or email away for anything wedding-related. If I needed a vendor recommendation, she’d have five lined up that perfectly fit my budget and vision by the next day—and sometimes she even reached out to them for me! She was my sounding board for everything: organization, design, dealing with wedding drama, and so much more beyond what we discussed during our monthly meetings. Liz planned each monthly meeting with a specific focus, whether it was ceremony layout, décor and floral, the seating chart, alcohol planning, or other details. Each meeting was another chance to ask questions and get help with anything I was working on. In addition to planning, Liz handled all of the décor for my wedding. I rented the décor from her, and she did all the setup and tear down, making the day completely stress-free. The space looked absolutely beautiful, and I didn’t have to lift a finger! The month leading up to the wedding, we had weekly meetings to review everything we had done and finalize the little details. When it came to the wedding weekend, Liz and her assistant Sammi were amazing, supportive, and incredibly helpful. They allowed me to relax and enjoy the rehearsal and wedding, knowing everything was under control. This is only a small fraction of how essential Liz was in planning my wedding. She is truly a one-of-a-kind person and wedding planner, and it’s so inspiring to see someone who excels at their job. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!

Words do not begin to describe how incredible working with Brooke has been. We were originally having our wedding in St. Pete before finding out that our venue had cancelled less than 90 days before our date due to damages from the Hurricane. Brooke overextended herself and found multiple venues that were available for the same date knowing that was important to us. By the end of the week, she had set up multiple interviews which she attended and helped us secure our new venue at the Tampa EDITION which we ended up loving more than our original venue. Brooke was dependable and available whenever we had a question and kept open lines of communication. She is innovative and her organizational skills/attention to detail goes unmatched. She originally helped us plan a fun beach wedding and in less than three months pivoted to help us plan a formal affair. On our wedding day, Brooke and Ada did an amazing job with setting up the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces; we were in shock by how perfectly they enacted the vision we had in our heads for our wedding. During the wedding, they kept the timeline of events going and kept the vibes high while we were busying having an absolute blast with our friends and family. The audio guest book supplied by Brooke is an absolute must. Listening to everyone's messages a week after the wedding brought us so much joy and laughter; just imagine more chaotic messages as the drinks flow and the night progresses. We decided to include the photo booth last minute and am so happy we did as it was a complete hit with all of our guests throughout the entire night. Hiring Alex was one of the best decisions I made! I had all intentions of planning my own wedding and realized it's a full time job and I needed an expert. I hired her for partial wedding planning and design. Her pricing was more than fair. Alex's communication was top notch between scheduled zoom calls, in person meetings, emails and texts she was always more than prompt with her responses. My MOH was planning a surprise during the wedding for us and she also communicated straight with Alex and said how great she was. She had many organized templates and questionairres for us to follow and fill out to ensure she had all the information she needed. She would reach out and get information on things for me even though I said I could do it. She knew I was putting unneccsary stress on myself and wanted to handle it for me even though I gave her an out. I may have tortured her by making her put all my escort cards on the origami cranes I made but she didn't even bat an eye lol. She connected us with great vendors and my husband and I could not have been happier with our wedding day.
