Our grand staircase leads to the upper level of the manor house, where we offer private dressing rooms and a balcony overlooking the lush grounds and romantic sunsets. We established our farm in 1981. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of providing our family and friends a beautiful scenic space for unforgettable celebrations. Valley Run Farm has hosted weddings, anniversaries, retirement parties, farm-themed birthdays, company and charitable events, and farm festivals. Located in Clifton, VA, Westfields Golf Club is a wedding reception venue. Complete with a renovated banquet room, this picturesque destination can accommodate up to 200 guests. There is a spacious open-air pavilion on the grounds, which serves as the perfect spot to host a wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, or other related celebration. Drumore Mill is a different world. It is nestled in a corner of the most rustic township in Amish Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The mill was built in 1752 as a sawmill and a grist mill. It sits in a hollow with 30 acres of tall cliffs and old trees to provide privacy, warmth, and natural beauties. There is a pristine creek that meanders through the property. The Fishing Creek supports native trout and other rare small fishes. The waterfall is adjacent to the buildings. There is a hiking trail within the property. There is wetland and much more. The combination of rustic setting, natural beauties, and historical features makes Drumore Mill amazingly beautiful. One has to see it to believe it.

Located in the beautiful countryside of Southern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Osbornia Farm is a brief and scenic drive from Lancaster, Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Baltimore and surrounding areas. The twenty-five-acre property is easily accessible from main roads yet is secluded and surrounded by beautiful trees, farmland and a creek to offer our guests privacy. Situated on the property is a beautiful 1800’s Farmhouse, bank barn, granary, and other farm buildings. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is just 10 minutes from the city of Lancaster in a private rural setting with an elegant flare.

Battlefield Bed and Breakfast is the dream venue for any couple looking for a historical property in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The Civil War-era barn and farmhouse sit on the Gettysburg Battlefield and allow for indoor or outdoor ceremonies and receptions. The 1820’s Civil War Barn accommodates up to 140 guests and houses a dressing room. It is most comfortable May-November, as the weather affects the temperature in the barn. There are several lawns and gardens for beautiful outdoor ceremonies and cocktail hours. Located in the rolling hills in south central Pennsylvania, The Granary at Peach Glen offers a rustic and beautiful scene for any wedding celebrations. Views of the South Mountain Appalachian Ridge and surrounding apple orchards provide the perfect backdrop. Couples can use the many locations on the property to exchange vows including the original barn stone foundation. The landscape around the historic Granary allows for cocktails and receptions, while the wedding party takes advantage of the many photo opportunities on the property. In 1902, Elmer Thomas and his wife purchased the plot of land right off Peach Glen Road in Gardners, Pennsylvania. Here they settled and built their family home, while farming and harvesting the surrounding land. The Thomas family has continuously worked to restore and bring the property back to life. We are honored to have such a beautiful and historic piece of history still within the family to share with you for your special day.

Old Trade is a family-owned, family-friendly and pet-friendly rural operation located in historic Brandy Station, VA (Culpeper County). The Mulberry at Old Trade is operated in conjunction with Old Trade Brewery & Cidery.
