The Manor is rich with history, and is in a beautiful, luxurious condition. It features a large eat in kitchen, formal dining room, ample sitting rooms, 6 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and shower, a game room and swimming pool. The 2500 square foot barn is renovated to perfection with classy gold lighting features, a built in bar and large picture windows. Just outside the barn is ample land for a beautiful ceremony set up, an outdoor patio for cocktail hour and a covered pavilion. There is a great security in knowing you have a rain plan here. Four Winds Farm is a family-run boutique events space that centers around an antique barn. Four Winds Farm is over 300 acres of land in Southern New Hampshire including forests, rolling hillsides, mountain-views, a wetland walking trail, and all the fall foliage your guests can handle. Our barn was converted from housing animals to being a center for theater and productions in the early 1900s and features a fantastic backdrop from a 1920's production. It is lit up with market lights and optional lanterns. We provide round tables and chairs to be set up however you choose, and we can accommodate whatever vendors and catering you prefer. It was originally built as a stucco home, in what was an area of parceled farms. Over time, the house was expanded and was eventually converted into a stone estate. The house fell into disrepair and in 1994, came into our guardianship. We have been working ever since to return it to its former glory. Stonehouse, with its arched windows, and open porches, would serve as a picturesque backdrop for any function. We have a luxurious indoor space that accommodates 70 guests. For weddings exceeding 70 guests your even takes place in a pristine Century Pole tent. *Stonehouse On The Hill requires you book one of our approved caterers for food and beverages for your event.*

Elmartin Farm derives its name from the initials and last name of Everett Lawrence Martin, Sr, father to Everett Lawrence Martin Jr., known as "Gus," who with his wife, Dodi are the current owners of the farm. Presently, sons, Kim and Shawn, operate and manage the farm. They are the 8th generation of ancestral Martins who began farming in Cheshire, MA in 1790. By the late 1950s, Elmartin Farm had become a major dairy farm in the Northern Berkshire County. Its herd grew to 80 milkers and 80 head of youngstock. Together, the herd filled the new barn which had been completed in 1952. The barn, with the addition of a milking parlor, remains the focal point of Elmartin Farm.

They looked at a number of farms across southern Vermont, and when they found the Farm at Williams River House, they knew they had found someplace really special – a front row view of Fox Chair Mountain, verdant green hayfields, timeless stone walls and split rail fences, and a stately home dating back to the time of our nation’s founding! They were home, and they wanted to share this magical and romantic space with others.
