Sue and Kaitlynn made our wedding day very special for us despite the threat of rain! We ended up coming up with a rain plan that was really lovely, and we were still thrilled with it even though the rain held out until the last half hour of the wedding. Kaitlynn was especially wonderful the day of—she knew I wanted questions to be directed to my maid-of-honor, and she handled all of the vendors to make my day as easy as possible. We are very happy with our choice.

This venue was everything we needed beautiful green outdoor. Decoration option for the venue to provide allowed for our wedding planner to focus on other areas. Inside and outside spacious we also rented the additional Garden room for the kids to play and watch movies. Rachel was a pleasure to work (flexible an high communication) with and staff was always nice. Easy payment plan. Venue is near several hotels for our guest and several things to do with restaurants. We will be using this space for other events in the future.

They really worked hard to help us stay in budget while getting the look we were going for. The buffet food was delicious and moist! Not easy for a buffet! The cake from Jenny Lane exceeded our hopes & expectations. We sent a photo and Nabil did an even better job! The flowers were great & the moon gate was beautiful! It was bigger & grander than we expected. The champagne tree was a big hit with everyone! It was such a pretty sight to see as entering the outdoor ceremony space! We got so many compliments about how pretty the venue was, the cake, the food, & the moon gate. My daughter said it was a perfect day! Thank you! I couldn’t ask for more than that!

We chose the “Vintage Premier Package,” which included catering, a bar package, cake, florals, photo booth, DJ, centerpieces, and even lite bites with mimosas for the bridal suites—spacious and beautifully arranged! The food and cake were absolutely delicious, and the bar staff did a fantastic job keeping the drinks flowing. Noy’s floral arrangements were stunning and thoughtfully curated. She also served as an incredible venue liaison, going above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on schedule and was set up to perfection. Josh, our DJ, was excellent at keeping the energy high and everyone entertained, and the photo booth was a hit with our guests—it added such a fun touch to the day! ArtSpace111 was everything we wanted in a venue! Beautiful outdoor space? Check! An indoor alternative in case Texas weather is wild? Check! Included staff to make the day go perfectly? Check! The gallery is so beautiful that there's hardly anything that needs to be done to dress it up for your wedding day. Brandi was a dream to work with and our day-of coordinator (included in the rental fee!!!!) Tiffany made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. You can use any vendors you want apart from table rentals, and the team at ArtSpace has lots of suggestions if you're having trouble finding vendors. They took care of suggesting vendors for florals, bartenders, bussers, childcare, lounge rentals, and more for us! I cannot overstate how amazing our wedding at ArtSpace111 was!

Just had our wedding here on 11/3, and it was wonderful. When we first came to the venue, I spoke with a guy named Rob, who seemed very helpful and informative about everything. However, Rob lied to us about a lot of things and made promises that he could not deliver. And of course, I was in a frenzy. But the 2 ppl stepped up. KACI & AMANDA !!! I want to thank yall from th bottom of my heart for everything yall did to make my day amazing. For reassuring me and coming through with everything. They answered every question I had and fulfilled every request I had pertaining to the previous agreement. They responded quickly to every email and text message, regardless of how small the question was. All the way up to before the ceremony. The location is very convenient for any and everything that you'll need. Especially for family that is coming out of town. We had access to everything on site. It rained the first part of the wedding, and they had a side gate that was easily accessible for guest that stayed in a nearby hotel. We were about to control lighting for the photographer. When we first got in, it was a bit humid inside. Of course, it was raining, and with Texas humidity, but my coordinator informed Kaci, and she was right on it. The A/C worked great, not one sweaty picture, lol.

This place was so pretty and very easy to work with! Only thing was they have the ac set to a specific temp and it was a bit too hot the day of the wedding inside the dressing rooms and we had to wait until 3 pm for our POC person to arrive. The venue is not at fault as it was 90F in FEBRUARY. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone!! Best wedding ever!

Our wedding day was absolutely stunning thanks to the lovely venue, but more importantly the lovely owner. Shelly took on more than what was in our contract and was such a huge help. She was always available for questions and her experience was invaluable. Her opinion is spot on, and she has a kind heart! She went above and beyond. The venue is maintained well, the included decorations are gorgeous, and you can feel the care taken in everything as you walk around the building and grounds. They were so accommodating and easy to work with. We originally planned on just using the park for both ceremony and reception, but wound up using the brand new Venue 1842 as well. Everything was beautiful. Our wedding was in October and we had gorgeous scenery all around us. Flowers in bloom, butterflies flying past. There's so much space and lots of options for ceremony spots. We had three locations we considered depending on the weather. For getting ready, I used the Dodson House, which also served as sort of a home base for family prior to the ceremony. We used the chapel to exit from to the ceremony and also retreated there immediately after. It has a small bathroom which is very convenient for a quick potty break right after the ceremony and before photos. There was plenty of parking for guests. It's a park, which means that people may show up to just use the park, but I think I only saw one person who wasn't a guest from a distance- it's plenty big enough for regular park goers to enjoy themselves while still allowing for some wedding privacy.

Azle Deer Cove was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. The communication with the staff was effective, friendly and direct throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and overall value was excellent - the space had a clean, rustic and open feel that was perfect for our special day. They even went above and beyond when my phone wouldn't connect to the Bluetooth, bringing me a speaker so I could play music. This venue is definitely one-of-a-kind and I absolutely loved the experience I had at Azle Deer Cove.
