Unfortunate

Our experience with this venue was positive but more so challenging. While we understood that the owner was about to have a baby, which might slow down their response time, we were still taken back by how difficult it was to communicate effectively. Even after an additional contact person was provided, it often took a week to 2 weeks to get a response. This caused significant delays, leaving us and our vendor waiting weeks for something as simple as getting approvals to be able to move forward. This lack of professionalism and timely communication added unnecessary stress to the wedding planning process. On a positive note, the venue itself was well-priced, clean, and beautiful. While the venue has many good qualities, I would recommend ensuring there is a clear and reliable line of communication in place if you choose to book here, but otherwise, you may want to reconsider.
