Works of art from the 18th and 19th century abound while period furniture compliments the décor. The building features Italian Renaissance paintings, which adorn the acoustic coves, and over 50 chandeliers including Lucille Ball’s dining room treasure. Classical architectural medallions, ornate mouldings and motifs, old-growth wood and brick abound. The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

Eagles Nest Reserve is a family-run vineyard and winery focusing on dry farming, no-till, herbicide-free agriculture to produce un-fined and unfiltered, low intervention wine. ENR’s wines are low in sulfites and aim to express the authentic and rustic representation of its unique geology and microclimate. At approximately 600 ft elevation and the eastern-most area of the Tualatin Hills AVA, the vineyard is planted on wind-blown loess over basalt, and is influenced by catabatic winds funneled through the Columbia Gorge. The 160-acre reserve is a diverse and beautiful landscape of vineyards, wetlands, grazing alpacas, wildlife, and easement-protected forest sanctuaries.
