We were in the traditional wedding business under the umbrella business, Panache Catering, Inc, for over 30 years and left it because we eventually were worn out by what it had become. Evergreen Lake House is a beautiful rustic log cabin perfect for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsals. Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and overlooking the beautiful Evergreen Lake, this 5,000-square-foot lodge integrates the charm of an intimate celebration into a warm ballroom-like spaciousness. The Great Room, which seats up to 200 people, is fitted with a large stone fireplace and several floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provide easy access to the spectacular view beyond. The smaller Octagon Room has seven windowed sides– so no matter where you are inside, the scenic outdoors are never hidden from view! For outdoor ceremonies, the deck seats up to 100 people (with additional standing room). The deck features log railings and a flagstone step down to the grassy lawn. We host weddings year-round: enjoy the warmth of late-July sunsets, the abundance of golden aspens in September, or the fairytale snowfalls in January at Evergreen Lake.

The mansion once served as a seasonal hunting lodge for Charles Boettcher, but was then donated to the county for public use. Tivoli Student Union is a historically beautiful and unique building on the Auraria Campus. Built in 1870 by German-born Mortz Sigi, the Tivoli was originally part of the Colorado Brewery. In 1901 is became the Tivoli Union Brewery, named after the famous amusement park in Copenhagen. The Denver Athletic Club is a private membership owned club that was established in Denver in 1884. The DAC moved to it’s current location in 1892 and has expanded in the years since to now occupy the entire city block. We do all catering in house and have an amazing Executive Chef that delivers incredible plated dinners and buffets! The Lumber Baron Inn & Gardens is an enchanting wedding venue located in Denver, Colorado. Dating back to 1890, this mansion was romantically constructed by John Mouat as an ode to his beloved wife, Amelia. After more than a century, it now operates as a luxurious Bed and Breakfast as well as an attractive event destination. The mansion has been beautifully restored to its original floor plan. The spacious third floor ballroom gives access to the top of the turret with great views of Downtown Denver and the surrounding Potter Highland neighborhood.
