The Barns at Edgemont Inn consists of a 4400-square-foot custom-built event barn which, together with the historic Edgemont Inn and on-site lodging, sits on 20 acres of verdant hillside in the scenic Champlain Valley. Lodging that accommodates up to 23 people. The surrounding acreage contains a sweep of peaceful farmland and hardwood forest, etched by an old-fashioned stone fence. Views from the property extend out over Lake Champlain to the spectacular Green Mountains on the lake's eastern shore, and provide abundant photo opportunities and memories.

We are a small family farm located in Central New York. We have created several spaces on our farm for ceremonies, and a very nice, intimate space for a reception. We have a licensed kitchen, therefore we can cater your wedding, or you can hire an outside caterer. We are working farm, and as such need to limit the number of seated guests to 30 or fewer, 50 or fewer for an hours d’oeuvres only reception. Booking our venue also includes officiant services. That means, throughout your planning process we are here to call on with any questions regarding vendors, the timeline, the floor plan of your event, etc. And the day of? Aunt Suzie can rest - we have it all under control! You drop off your decor & we set it up to your specifications. We are on site from the first person who arrives until the end of the event & your belongings are repackaged, making sure your day runs smooth & on schedule.

When you get married at Ashling, you get the entire property to yourself. From your rehearsal to your day-after brunch, it's all yours. We handle the tent, tables, chairs, and bathroom trailer.
