Built from the granite of Stone Mountain, 550 Trackside was established as a Cotton Warehouse in 1904. Over the years, it has been known as The Langley General Store, The Mercantile Exchange, A Feed and Seed Co., the Grinder and the Goldkist Building. Prior to opening in 2008, we renovated, restored, and designed the venue to be a space where people can gather, connect, celebrate, and create memories. The high ceilings of 100-year-old rough-hewn wood, archways, chandeliers, furnishings, and attention to detail, captures and maintains its turn of the century authenticity and charm.

Cottage 84 is our vintage inspired cottage style venue and estate that was built in 1925. The venue is still structured with the original pine walls and flooring and is filled with eclectic and gold, ornate vintage decor and furniture. The indoor dining and the reception area contains floor to ceiling stone fireplaces and our outdoor, covered reception space is equipped with a firestove and heater for those colder nights. The venue is on 1.5 acres of lighted ladscape including our boardwalk and 100 year old lighted pecan tree on our private back lawn area. Dear Couples, Thanks for your interest in our exclusive, historic farm! We have several openings for 2025. We are a small family farm available during the Spring and Fall only. Our ancestors established this property in 1826. We named our venue this because we treasure the history of this space, and know there were many long, happy marriages on this land. There are several natural backdrops from which to choose for your ceremony; a log barn built in the 1820s, under an oak tree that is almost 200 years old, next to the pond on the dock, or by the large barn with a few curious horses behind you. Then walk across the green grass to your celebration under a tent, with or without a dance floor, lighting, tables, chairs and linens of your choosing. All of our vendors provide the chairs, tables, tableware, tent, linens, bar services, catering, photography, music, etc.

The building was originally constructed in the 1940's as a Chevrolet dealership and later became the Snow Tire Company. The building is now a production brewery and taproom with 5,500 square feet of picturesque, one-of-a-kind space. Our brewery offers a portfolio of artisanal craft beers that were designed to offer something for everyone. Home of the Athens YMCA from 1889 until 1919, the original building on this site became a music store, movie house, hotel, Masonic Temple, furniture company and Sears Roebuck store before being replaced by the Elite Theatre in 1935. Except for a brief period as a Methodist church, this theatre – later renamed the Georgia Theatre – has served as a significant performance venue for emerging and established musicians from Athens and beyond. Devastated by a fire on June 19th, 2009, this historic concert hall has been rebuilt as a labor of love with reverence for the creative spirit that Athens has long embraced.
