We worked with her in the months leading up to the big day, and she provided great vendor recommendations that set us up for success. Brooke and her team were an exceptional addition to a recent wedding I photographed. Their pre-wedding communication and timeline planning was clear and helpful, the day was organized down to the last detail, and it was obvious they were a critical part of executing the bride's vision for her perfect backyard wedding. I saw members of Brooke's team go above and beyond at least once during the day - team member Dana joined us at the Church and assisted with formal portraits just because the bride mentioned she'd feel more comfortable with a planner present. Dana helped keep some tricky portions of the day on track in manner that was warm, positive, and motivating (admittedly a tough balance to strike when dealing with a large and exuberant wedding party.) I would recommend them to anyone looking to pass off their wedding planning headaches to a team of true professionals!

Lissa and her team was absolutely wonderful from the initial contact up to the end of our wedding day! No matter what kind of wedding you're having, she will make you and your partner feel like you have all of her attention as the most important couple. Throughout the whole process, she was so professional and supportive, even with not as traditional ideas. She had such a quick response time, usually within a day, or a couple hours, and sometimes even sooner! Her attention to detail in making my timeline was also amazing and I felt that we were able to have the whole day planned to the dot before the big day. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smoothly and we were not stressed out at all! We had some small hiccups with the layouts that our venue had set up, but a quick word from Lissa had them fixing the issue. She's the perfect amount of assertiveness, professionalism, and friendliness with everyone, including the guests. The largest thing that stood out to us was how much all of our other vendors loved Lissa and working with her, and we could see it throughout the day. Our venue had restrictions such as a short setup window, but Lissa communicated with them and navigated the situation very well to make everything go smoothly. Even though we had a venue management person for the day of, it was nothing compared to working with someone that truly focuses on you and your needs. Our vision was captured beautifully, and we do not regret hiring her at all!

Megan was a perfect wedding coordinator. We originally hired her as a day of planner but had a few hiccups in our planning and brought her on as a full service wedding planner. We had a fairly stressful venue situation that forced us to switch almost all of our vendors about 3 months before our wedding day. She was up for the challenge and basically planned our entire wedding in about a week. She not only leveraged existing relationships to get us strong deals with reputable vendors, but she also found us new vendors she had never worked with and negotiated on our behalf for our perfect wedding. Megan was our calm in the whirlwind that was our wedding day. She was level headed when we forgot our guest book and through every other little thing that was even slightly off on the wedding day. The hectic journey of our wedding went off without a hitch and we both had the best day of our lives. Honestly, I don't think our wedding would have happened without Megan and we cannot recommend her highly enough to make your wedding more than a tid bit better.

Sarah and the rest of the Events by Rose team were the MVPs of our wedding planning process. Madison and Paige helped mainly with our wedding ceremony and they were fabulous. Their communication skills made us very comfortable while we did not know where to go with the wedding planning. They were always on time for every meeting and well prepared. My officiant has done so many weddings. He complimented after the wedding rehearsal about how smooth it went and told us it was the best one and well structured. They were also very knowledgeable about what they do and had all the answers to our questions. You will know there are countless decisions that has to be made during the preparation process, and they always made it simple for us. The absolute best decision I made throughout my entire wedding planning process was hiring Carolina Hatton to help coordinate for our wedding day. I cannot imagine a more organized, thoughtful, and professional planner than Carolina! Carolina and her team went above and beyond from the moment we first spoke through even after our wedding day was over. Not only did she think of every small detail to help our day go smoothly, but her vendor recommendations and connections actually helped us save some money. Carolina worked with all of our vendors to create a foolproof timeline that allowed us to be able to relax, focus on each other, and enjoy our day with friends and family. Wedding planning can be overwhelming sometimes, but Carolina helped us make sure we were asking all the right questions at the right time. I learned later that there actually was an issue with a different vendor the day-of, however, Carolina immediately discussed with my mom and took care of business to solve the problem while ensuring I wasn’t worried about anything on my wedding day. Her team is able to execute difficult tasks at the drop of a hat. I ended up needing a quick bio break right before walking down the aisle, and her team was able to quickly and seamlessly block off a route for me to shuffle to the church bathroom in my huge gown without being seen before the ceremony. Words cannot define the worth and joy it was to have Kawania and her team be a part of my wedding day. She was a constant advocate for our needs and budget throughout the process, being realistic at every turn. What I know now is that what you get with Kawania is experience and know-how of the industry. She has planned several weddings and events before and knows how to troubleshoot mishaps that may happen on the wedding day in real time. She understands that the day of the event is a special moment for everyone involved and she knows not to bring stress to the wedding party and to allow them to live in the moment. At subsequent weddings, I have felt that my friends needed this approach with their planners on their wedding day/weekend. I, being their guest or in their bridal party felt the disorganization that their planners or self-planning brought. This was not the case with Kawania. We had glowing comments about our wedding day for even a year after and how it was not just a ceremony but a day of entertainment. She is an excellent communicator. We had regular meetings throughout the year, about once a week. I have seen my friends have wedding planners who do not get back to them for several days after they have a question about their wedding. Kawania brought my vendors to me instead of me having to look for vendors on my own and when one did not work she always had another one that could take the place. She set up meetings with me and my vendors one-on-one and reviewed all of our vendor contracts to make sure that we were getting a fair contract and that expectations for the vendor and for us were both reasonable and what we were looking for. Being a very busy working professional I appreciated that Kawania went above and beyond to make sure that I stayed on the schedule and was extremely patient when there were moments when I could not. I value how she brought my vision to life and had such great attention to small details that my day was exceptional. I have seen my guests feature elements of my wedding at their subsequent events and it speaks to how she was able to set the bar high for what a classy and unique event should be. Far beyond a wedding planner, she has become someone that I keep in contact with after the wedding. She even checked in on me when there was a major catastrophic event that took place in the area where I lived months after the wedding. There were even moments when I became uncertain or stressed and focused on the wrong thing when it came to my wedding. Kawania, quite like a mother figure helped me realize what my focus should be and to ignore all other distractions so that when I walked down the aisle, I was in full confidence of how the day was going to be and did not feel a single ounce of stress on my wedding day. I could not be more thrilled to work with Kawania again. Although I do not see myself getting remarried I would certainly work with her for any big event I needed in the future. She has such a positive energy and global about her and brings a light to every interaction even difficult ones that makes her pleasant, respectable, dependable, and all around the absolute reason why my big day went off such success. I cannot state how tirelessly she and her team worked so when I did meet them in person but felt like I was meeting friends who knew exactly what I wanted. You will not regret working with Kawania and Howerton Wooten events!

We could not have pulled off our wedding without the Lovehaus team. We used Lovehaus for styling and partial planning (planning starting at 6-mo out). My husband and I are the biggest procrastinators, and combined with very busy and time-consuming jobs, I knew that we would never be the wedding planners that we needed to be. A friend recommended Lovehaus and we're so thankful she did. Tabitha was our coordinator and she is a real-life angel organizer, who kept all our timelines on track, kept us in check, and handled all the coordination with our vendors so that we could have a stress-free wedding day. Not only did she work directly with all our vendors so we didn't even have to think about it, but she also helped us make decisions when we were indecisive (which was more often than not) and shared her recommendations for vendors and helped us choose the ones that best fit our needs. She joined all the vendor meetings too, asking questions I would never have thought of and helping me to create shot lists or decide on food options. Separate from vendor coordination, she helped to style the beautiful wedding we were hoping for, creating a style guide that perfectly reflected what we asked for and choosing or creating design elements (linens, florals, signage) we loved. She even helped share recommendations for all the bridal party dresses that everyone loved using as their inspo, which helped to create such a beautiful and fun pink moment for my bridesmaids. In addition to all her planning expertise, she was amazing the day of the wedding with her assistant, Shaun. The two of them kept our timelines on track and got us where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. No one had to stress about a thing as they had everything covered. They were even able to get a lovely orange stain off the front of my dress from the pollen on a flower in my bouquet before the ceremony. Everyone in the bridal party was raving about the Lovehaus team and how well they handled the whole day. I cannot thank Tabitha and the Lovehaus team enough for all they did for us. 100/10 would absolutely, most definitely, without a doubt, recommend.

My husband and I knew we wanted a backyard tented blow-out party for our wedding reception. We also knew that in order to pull it off, we would need a wedding General Contractor. I interviewed and got quotes from three planners and immediately hit it off with Jennifer Supper. The rapport was evident from our first communication. We had a our big ideas, but the details were not as important to us. We gave Jen our vision, let her in on our tastes and general vibe we were looking to portray. She literally did the rest. She introduced us to a caterer who specialized in outdoor tented events, long before the pandemic forced everyone outdoors; she introduced us to a florist who she knew would pull off our aesthetic; she introduced us to the most beautiful tent company; a luxury bathroom trailer and a stationary company that suited our tastes. In short, she did everything we wanted a planner to do and then some. We planned five separate events with different menus over a three day period and had really complicated invite lists. On the day of, her team handled all the expected and the unexpected (like my string trio lead sending a substitute trio because she got COVID at the last minute) with grace and humor. I had no idea anything was amiss until the next day. Which is exactly how I expected it to go with the professionals at Kaleidoscope Weddings. We had "the best wedding ever" according to my guests.

We hired Alexis's team to be the day-of coordinator for our wedding reception and are so pleased that we did. She was helpful in making suggestions, decisions and changes and coordinating with various vendors when confusion came up. It was a huge relief to know that she would be the one to expertly handle those last minute issues, and she was able to solve several of those issues (unsurprisingly, I made a few mistakes). Our wedding was small and casual, and despite her usual role running highly produced weddings, she was supportive, encouraging, and flexible to roll with our vision. A week before when a couple of unexpected issues came up, Alexis met with me at the venue over a drink to talk things through again and provided authentic support that turned around my whole energy about it all. Her team member Nicole was our onsite coordinator and she took my materials and impeccably delivered on the look and setup at the venue. It was a huge value to have someone prepared to listen to what our vision was and then make some of the last decisions and judgment calls to get it there -- because my husband and I are decidedly NOT event professionals. Thanks Alexis and Nicole for making sure we didn't have to manage details on the day of the wedding and for your support in the weeks ahead of it!!!
