Welcome to The Pavilion! The Pavilion at Fair Harbor, set against a scenic waterfront backdrop, provides an idyllic location for hosting weddings, receptions, and private get-togethers with loved ones. With the capacity to welcome up to 175 guests, the outdoor space is arranged with tables and chairs on the lush green, offering views of the marina. Showcasing a magnificent stone fireplace, a rich-colored floor, shingled walls with eyebrow dormers, and breathtaking chandeliers reminiscent of Nantucket style, The Pavilion exudes an airy yet intimate ambiance. Its unique aura captivates visitors and guests alike, leaving them consistently awestruck by the aesthetics of the place. Enhancing the charm of The Pavilion is a serving zone equipped with bluestone countertops and a 16-foot serving buffet, designed to present a sumptuous meal.

In 1939 the Works Progress Administration built a timbered A-frame gymnasium of local stone and timbers - the beautiful structure that would later become the Longbranch Clubhouse. When the school district consolidated to a larger site, the Longbranch Improvement Club purchased the land and buildings. In 1956 rest rooms, upgraded kitchen facilities and a wooden floor were added. The Longbranch Clubhouse has held an astonishing variety of activities in its colorful history. High school basketball, wartime bandage rolling, huckleberry festivals, fund-raisers, basket socials, Sunday schools and funerals - along with the popular dances and theater events that formed the foundation of this community's social life for generations.

The Historic Lord Mansion and Coach House, located in Olympia's South Capitol Neighborhood, offers an elegant atmosphere and intimate setting with is beautiful architectural features and grounds, provides a memorable backdrop and setting for your wedding. The versatility of the property allows you to craft a special ceremony and/or reception to meet your desired needs and budget. You can have an indoor ceremony for lovely reception space within the Mansion's main living room and formal dining room. The second floor offers rooms for your party to prepare on your special day. You can also choose to have your ceremony on the front lawn in front of the grand entrance with side doric columns. For smaller weddings or those on a budget, we offer rental of our adjacent Coach House with maple hardwood floors and built in buffet counter. Rentals include setup and take down of our inventory of tables and chairs! Event supply decorations are available to rent!

Capitol City Barn is a new 4,600 sq. ft. barn that offers an indoor/outdoor experience; a space for the wedding party to prepare; a warming kitchen for caterers; beautiful outdoor patios, gardens and a stone alter, plus many more amenities. We provide a unique venue for your intimate wedding service aboard our vintage wood Flagship Cruiser. Our boat provides the perfect platform for your ceremony with a large open aft deck, allowing a panoramic view of the Seattle skyline. A wedding or vow renewal on our boat is performed by the captain of the vessel or you can choose a package with one of our alternative officiants. We offer a variety of services to cater to your beliefs and lifestyle. We can provide a mount for your cell phone to record or live stream your service, and our boat makes an amazing platform for photos. With our simple elopement you will receive 20 high resolution edited photographs taken by the captain. We will take advantage of the boat’s ability to be positioned for scenic photographs, and the bow can be utilized for capturing an intimate moment of the newlywed couple. If you would like additional pictures to remember your special day, upgraded photography packages are offered.

St. Paul’s Church sits on a sloping grass bluff overlooking the waters of Port Gamble Bay. The church, built in 1879, is modeled after a church in the Maine hometown of Port Gamble’s founders. One of the most photographed buildings in the area, the picturesque church steeple houses the original church bell, and wedding couples thrill to the sound of the church bell ringing as they are pronounced married. Hood Canal Vista Pavilion offers breath-taking panoramic views and stunning sunsets over the Hood Canal while surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. In the Pavilion, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace sits opposite abundant windows overlooking lush seasonal gardens . Six sets of French doors lead to a slated patio and an expansive grassy bluff right on the shores of the Hood Canal. In the spring and summer months, an adjacent tented terrace offers an additional location for a reception, dance floor and/or cocktail hour.

UW Botanic Gardens has two beautiful spaces to offer. The first, located at the Center for Urban Horticulture. The second, located at the Washington Park Arboretum. Both spaces offer ample outdoor space, surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Both spaces are not far from Downtown Seattle and the University of Washington.

The Gardens was designed to enhance the natural flow of already existing landscapes, from large rocks to the pond, and to preserve the trees that have stood for so long. Views of Mt. Rainier, 100-year-old cedar trees, waterfalls, and stone pathways throughout the Gardens invites guests to explore the beauty of the PNW. In 2008, Rock Creek Gardens hosted its first official wedding and now has thousands of guests from all over the world visit each year.

The Gardens at FranMo Urban Farm offer a park-like setting abound with 100's of seasonal trees and plants creating dozens of places to capture stunning photographs. Robinswood House is a beautiful renovation of an 1895 homestead with log house and cabana set in lush landscape. Our two spacious patios and sunken garden offer a flower filled summer wedding site for up to 225 guests. The warm and cozy furnished house, with added cabana, provides an intimate setting for weddings of approximately 60 people. Fireplaces, wood floors, paned windows, sweeping views of Robinswood Park, dancing under the stars, and privacy are just a few of the details you will find.

Nourish, located in beautiful Sequim, Washington is an exciting garden-to-plate restaurant providing a gathering place for the community and visitors alike! Located on the last remaining acres of a historic 1880s pioneer farm at the base of Bell Hill, the garden enjoys views of Sequim, the San Juan Islands and Mount Baker. Nourish's Patio Café, Greenhouse Dining Room, and private catering, All offer delicious, healthy, gluten-free menus created around locally produced food and beverages; as well as edibles grown on the property.
