“We had a wonderful wedding at The Garrison in August in 2024- from the minute we saw this breathtaking venue, we knew it was a special place where we could see ourselves spending one of the most important days of our life. I immediately got in touch with Bridget, who from day one was super accessible, transparent, kind and willing to work with us. Bridget walked us through the entire planning process, from a tasting where we were made to feel super special by the wonderful Fatima (who ended up being our day of attendant and was AWESOME) to every last detail of our special day. The venue itself is gorgeous, the sunset over the mountains, the floor to ceiling windows, the beautifully maintained grounds - our guests were in AWE. The staff was wonderful, they made sure to treat our wedding party extra special and gave great service to our guests. My morning getting ready in the bridal suite was peaceful and easy and Bridget and Fatima kept things on task. We knew our day was in great hands with Bridget and the team at The Garrison and we can't thank them enough for making our wedding such a memorable and beautiful day.”

The building dates back to 1837, a three-level structure which was built by William Nelson. Peekskill lawyer, Congressman, and friend to Abraham Lincoln. A small stage, built on the 3rd floor in 1870, was identified as the “Dramatic Hall.” This emblematic building had been abandoned for about 20 years and fallen into disrepair until 2012, a complete renovation took place restoring the 1870-era theater. The Dramatic Hall serves as a space to host weddings, private parties, plays, live music performances, and more.

Megan was a great resource throughout the planning process and open and honest throughout. She made sure everything went perfectly all weekend, making sure we had time to slow down and truly enjoy the day and weekend despite how busy we were. The food and drinks were incredible during the rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and the reception. Service was great and the staff were not only attentive to us but to our guests as well. We truly had the best experience. The whole team at Factoria gave us the most amazing wedding weekend (we wish we could go back and do it all over again!)”

This was their first event in the space and they went above and beyond to make it an exceptional experience from preliminary planning to the wedding itself. It was flawless, and you would never have known it was the first time they used the space. The Brewery owners and staff worked seamlessly with our caterer and other vendors. It was truly memorable and we would highly recommend hosting any kind of event at Hudson Valley Brewery.”
