Theresa was absolutely amazing! She coordinated and decorated our wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The decorations were better than we could have envisioned and our timeline was smooth sailing. I have catered weddings and almost every wedding had some hitch but ours did not. Theresa was prepared for every second but was also flexible as needed. She made the day stress free and was a comfort in the process. Her communication, professionalism, warmth, and preparedness was over a five star! You do not realize how much goes into planning a wedding until you start planning one and without Theresa many things would have been missed, things as simple as what drinks will you be drinking out of to important things like who is cutting your cake after the feeding of the cake. We never had to worry about missing something or forgetting something because Theresa was knowledgeable about the order and process of wedding planning. If you ask she will tell you how things are done traditionally but she is open to make any changes and will help you figure out what works best for you. I could not recommend her more! I wish we had all of our wedding photos back to give more examples of the beautiful decorating she does!

Where do I even start? Liz was an incredible wedding planner from day one. My wedding was in September, and we booked Liz in August of the previous year—it was one of the best wedding planning decisions I made. It’s hard to believe she was juggling other weddings with how communicative and responsive she was. Liz spent so much time meeting with me and working on things outside of our scheduled meetings, it felt like I was her only client! Liz was always just a phone call, text, or email away for anything wedding-related. If I needed a vendor recommendation, she’d have five lined up that perfectly fit my budget and vision by the next day—and sometimes she even reached out to them for me! She was my sounding board for everything: organization, design, dealing with wedding drama, and so much more beyond what we discussed during our monthly meetings. Liz planned each monthly meeting with a specific focus, whether it was ceremony layout, décor and floral, the seating chart, alcohol planning, or other details. Each meeting was another chance to ask questions and get help with anything I was working on. In addition to planning, Liz handled all of the décor for my wedding. I rented the décor from her, and she did all the setup and tear down, making the day completely stress-free. The space looked absolutely beautiful, and I didn’t have to lift a finger! The month leading up to the wedding, we had weekly meetings to review everything we had done and finalize the little details. When it came to the wedding weekend, Liz and her assistant Sammi were amazing, supportive, and incredibly helpful. They allowed me to relax and enjoy the rehearsal and wedding, knowing everything was under control. This is only a small fraction of how essential Liz was in planning my wedding. She is truly a one-of-a-kind person and wedding planner, and it’s so inspiring to see someone who excels at their job. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!

For example, we were getting caught up in the dancing and were going to skip the cake cutting. She didn’t push, she just asked, “Are you sure? You told me that this was something that was important to you, so I just want to check”. And I’m so thankful she did that, because it’s one of my favorite wedding moments! She went absolutely above and beyond for us. I am currently in medical school and was so stressed leading up to the wedding, but Steph made me feel like it was possible. She was so organized and wrote out every detail we discussed. She went out of her way to suggest some vendors we were struggling to book last minute, and the list goes on. You name it. Kendra even sat with my daughter (4yo) when she got upset, to keep her entertained during the ceremony. Everything was so perfect. We hired Flourish for both our florals and our wedding coordination, and we definitely recommend their team!! First, I’m not a big flower person and I didn’t really know what I wanted, so Jennifer worked with me to find something in our budget that incorporated our theme/colors. The florals turned out so beautiful that the day after my wedding I impulsively splurged on getting my bouquet preserved in resin as a serving tray because I just couldn’t bear to throw it away! We went with the wedding management option because it made sense with our budget and I had already selected most of our vendors, but they still provided me with vendor recommendations for the last few ones I needed, which definitely reduced the amount of time I spent researching! All wedding coordination services are expensive, but Flourish is reasonably priced, and we got a discount for using a “preferred venue” (The Rafters at Historic St. Marks)- this was also great because they knew our venue super well so they had very helpful tips for our layout and timeline. I chose Flourish because they are a small and local team with a focus on sustainability, so it was a much more personal experience. They made the last few months of wedding planning so much less stressful, and we were very happy with how everything turned out on our wedding day!

Jaylynn is the most incredible wedding planner and person. Jaylynn truly is a professional, an artist, a visionary, and expert in all things wedding. She was truly the best decision that we made in the wedding planning. If you don't read any further than this, just know that you need to hire her for your wedding. In our early planning phases, we thought we could do it alone. But we quickly became stressed and overwhelmed with so many options and open questions. We interviewed Jaylynn and immediately fell in love with her warm and positive energy. It was an easy decision. Within a few months of working with Jaylynn, we found all of our amazing vendors. Our DJ, photo booth, hairstylist and baker came from Jaylynn. On our own, it would have taken months to find. With Jaylynn, it was a breeze. She introduced us to DJ Miss Haze, who is the most incredible DJ, and Nicole Bendig-Lamb, who made the most delicious cake. She also introduced us to Guiding Mountain Lion Dance, who gave us an unforgettable performance. These vendors were not only great at their craft, but also wonderful and kind people. Leading up to the wedding, Jaylynn resolved so many problems for us. The week of our wedding, a huge snow storm hit Colorado. She sprang into action, helping us to redo our timeline. We had to cancel our rehearsal dinner, so she helped us rehearse the day of the wedding, and got us into top shape in less than thirty minutes. We had an issue with a hairstylist, and she was able to talk to them and help us get a refund in less than 12 hours. The wedding day was perfect. Her team decorated the venue with so much eye for detail. She also designed our wedding website, signage, and much of our decor, and it was exactly what we wanted. The wedding day was perfectly smooth, despite the snow. It was such a joyful, perfect day. Many of my friends and family remarked on how incredible Jaylynn and her team were.
