Celebrity Chef Felicia Guimont is the owner and founder of OMG Cakes & Southern Best Catering, LLC. She touts these as two companies with one mission – “quality service”. She started her catering company in 1997, while she was a team lead at Texas Instruments. Now, as a full-time chef, Felicia has a staff of 15 and finds peace in the kitchen, as it’s her safe haven. Growing up in Mississippi, Felicia learned how to cook from her aunt, Shug.

Emporium Pies started out as a dream shared by Megan Wilkes and Mary Sparks. I never thought I would turn out to be a great cook, but my friends always seems to enjoy it. I met my husband in college and he played football, his favorite thing in the world was food. We now have three children and my favorite pass time is creating a great cuisine full of flavor. Growing up in California by way of Louisiana, Mexican, Soul Food, and Southern Cuisine are my most valued dishes.

She was classically trained at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, where she obtained an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and an Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts in 2015. Chef Bre is an experienced and talented personal chef with a broad range of cuisine specialties to share in a variety of venues.
