Emporium Pies

Emporium Pies started out as a dream shared by Megan Wilkes and Mary Sparks. Megan was in the interior design industry and Mary was studying hospitality management when the two were introduced by a friend that knew both women had dreams of owning their own business. The young women realized that Dallas could use a bakery that created a product from scratch, by hand that also focused on a community environment, providing seating both indoors and outdoors with the invitation to stay a while.

While our origin story starts with the founders, as we have grown, our story involves the entire Emporium Pies team. We all work together to embody our brand promise, creating the story about how the people who work at a little pie shop can make a positive impact on each other and our communities.

    Emporium Pies was an inspired choice for our dessert table, and they exceeded all expectations. Recommended by our favorite pie shop in Georgia, this bakery offered a delectable array of pies that were as beautiful as they were delicious. From the start, Jen, one of the owners, made the ordering process seamless, providing thoughtful guidance to ensure we had the perfect variety and quantity for our guests. The pies themselves were the star of the show. Favorites like the Lord of the Pies (a deep-dish apple) and the Bonnie & Pie’d (a coffee and chocolate custard) earned endless compliments, and the generous portions ensured everyone had their fill. We even had some leftovers, which made for a delightful breakfast the next morning. The pies were a refreshing and unique alternative to traditional wedding cake, and they looked stunning on our DIY dessert table. Emporium Pies delivered not only on flavor but also on professionalism and convenience, making them an ideal choice for any couple looking to wow their guests with something a little different. Whether you’re a pie lover or simply want a show-stopping dessert, they’re a choice you won’t regret!

    We had the wonderful experience of having Emporium Pies for desert for our wedding on 4/19/24 and it was the best option ever! We were able to go to the bakery and sit down, eat pie, and talk about our pastry vision we wanted, it was a dream. We got something like 60 slices for 45 people and a whole apple pie to cut into, it was all so delicious! They delivered to the venue on time. Even our gluten free guests had an option. If you're thinking about booking for your wedding or event I would highly encourage it! Thanks Emporium pies!
