Emporium Pies

Emporium Pies started out as a dream shared by Megan Wilkes and Mary Sparks. Megan was in the interior design industry and Mary was studying hospitality management when the two were introduced by a friend that knew both women had dreams of owning their own business. The young women realized that Dallas could use a bakery that created a product from scratch, by hand that also focused on a community environment, providing seating both indoors and outdoors with the invitation to stay a while.

While our origin story starts with the founders, as we have grown, our story involves the entire Emporium Pies team. We all work together to embody our brand promise, creating the story about how the people who work at a little pie shop can make a positive impact on each other and our communities.
