Fajardo Catering & Events is a wedding catering service based in Dallas,Tx We strive to provide a delicious meal that takes your event to the next level and keeps your guests talking for years to come. We are owned by a couple who after their wedding realized how important food is in each event.

We can provide various culinary options to suit your tastes and preferences. You can opt to start your meal with an elegant grazing board that features cheeses, fruit, and crackers. After, your guest can enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres, such as bacon-wrapped dates or mushroom tartlets. You can then enjoy a gourmet main, such as pan-seared scallops or New York strip streak. However you envision your wedding meal, their talented team will work tirelessly to ensure your dream becomes a reality.

    Communication with Aritaniel catering was great they provided a custom menu for our needs food was delicious and our guests still bring it up of how goood it was I definitely recommend !

    We hired another catering company last minute they cancelled luckily a family member recommended them 2 days prior to our wedding they where able to pull of and feed 250 guests for our wedding we served Italian platted dinner which had classic dishes per our selection with filet mignon & Herb roasted chicken. We also had a cake bar for our guests for dessert. I could not thank aritaniel catering enough!
