Thousand Acre Farm is a unique, rustic waterfront venue. We host weddings, parties, corporate events and fundraisers. Our main barn has 3 levels: The first floor Lodge room, the main floor for dining and dancing and our loft which consists of fun sitting areas for your guests as well as a bridal suite and salon. We also have the smaller Cider Barn where the groom and groomsmen get ready as well as an upstairs luxurious suite for an overnight stay.

Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.

La Banque de Fleuve presents two distinct spaces, each with its own unique allure. The Historic Bank, with its lofty ceilings, ornate chandeliers, and intricate details, exudes the timeless opulence of a bygone era, where elegance beautifully intersects with history, creating an atmosphere that whisks you away to another time. On the other hand, the Seaplane Base offers a contrasting yet equally enchanting setting. Rockfield Manor is a historic venue located in Bel Air MD. The Manor sits on 55 acres of perfectly landscaped gardens featuring 2 ceremony locations (Barn or Garden) Vintage chic indoor open floor plan venue with outdoor climate-controlled patio area. Rockfield Manor is a Non- Profit Venue all proceeds go back into maintaining the estate gardens, grounds and 104 year old manor. When the building was initially constructed over a century ago, it was designed as a Presbyterian chapel in a completely different location. Dismantled and purchased in 1907; the remaining materials were moved to its current home. Today, it has a capacity of 120 guests and can comfortably host both intimate and extravagant celebrations.

This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Tents and rentals and catering are by our selected vendors and we can assist with all of your wedding needs from music to flowers to makeup artists and hairstylists.

Greenbank is a beautiful setting for your DIY event, with historic charm and a natural outdoor setting by the Red Clay Creek. You’ll want to plan hours before and after your event for setup/decorating and cleanup. You can choose to rent in smaller blocks of time using our Standard Package or take advantage of our Wedding Package: it provides access to the site across two days to allow for stress-free setup, deliveries, rehearsals, photographs, and event preparations, plus cleaning services and other special accommodations.

The unique hour glass shape of the Figure 8 Barn was designed by William duPont, Jr. as an indoor horse training facility. The estate was purchased by the State of Delaware in 1976. Enclosed on three sides, the Music Garden is a peaceful oasis while still maintaining access to all that the park has to offer. The timeless stone patio with scattered wrought iron tables and chairs is shaded by a large veranda supporting a trailing wisteria vine. Take a step back in time at the Mount Pleasant Meeting House. Located in Annapolis, Maryland, The Great Hall is a blank canvas for your design and creativity, with laminate wood plank flooring and neutral wall color with white trim. It’s a stunning and affordable venue suited for wedding receptions, business meetings and conferences, family reunions, birthday parties, holiday parties, and quinceañera with plenty of parking and a large warming kitchen for catered events. The Great Hall rental fee includes round and rectangle tables with upholstered banquet chairs, WIFI, audio and visual equipment and an opportunity to include a beautiful adjacent courtyard with fountain.

The Barn at Ivy Neck is nestled on 14 generations of family-owned farmland, right on the edge of the Chesapeake Bay. Surrounded by beautiful lavender fields and a breathtaking heart-shaped arch, The Barn at Ivy Neck is the perfect place to gather, celebrate, and grow.

Anthony Corradetti moved his thriving glassblowing business to Clipper Mill in 2005 after an already accomplished career spanning 30 years. His works are included in many private, corporate and museum collections. The space is an independent studio where glasswork is created everyday including large scale installations, lighting projects, and tabletop pieces for home or office. The showroom is open daily and features a variety of works for sale from one of a kind art to limited production pieces all made by Anthony Corradetti. Glassblowing classes & workshops are held regularly and the venue is available to rent for private events.
