Overall, the planning process was easy, and the team was very communicative. There were a few hiccups with booking our room block (related to the quoted rate and the site not letting guests book longer than the weekend nights), but once that was resolved most everything else was smooth sailing. The venue is stunning - our guests enjoyed the rooms and food. And even though we had to make the last minute call to move our welcome reception indoors due to the weather, the Zamora team made it happen and it ended up being great! The only things I would improve was that there was not enough shade for our morning rooftop wedding and there were issues with the audio. We knew having an August wedding in Florida would be hot, but there needs to be more shade options on the rooftop - it is such a beautiful venue and makes for stunning photos, but we were all miserably hot! The issues with audio were due to the AV guy not knowing how to hook my laptop with all my playlists up to the sound system. Frustrating but my day of coordinator stepped in and did the best she could to salvage it.

The Tampa Museum of Art was our top venue choice for our February wedding. We wanted something that offered an indoor/outdoor experience, was elegant, and that we could customize to fit our exact vision. Our guests were blown away by the venue from the moment they arrived at the cocktail hour in the atrium to dinner and dancing under the covered outdoor area. The architecture of the museum plus the backdrop of downtown Tampa made for beautiful pictures. The TMA staff were so wonderful to work with and made our vision come to life. Wish we could do it 100x again!

From the moment we connected with Wendy we knew we had chosen the right venue. We are from Saint Louis, so trying to find venues 1000 miles away was stressful! We actually had our wedding dress and suit lost, (8 days before the wedding!) and she saw my post on social media and called just to make sure I was okay! She didn’t have to do that, but she did (believe it or not we didn’t find the dress, but we located exact matches in Tampa when we landed!) Every detail was carefully crafted to ensure our day was magical! The entire team worked so hard to make sure even the smallest things were taken care of. We made some really good friends with the staff, and we cannot wait to come back for our anniversary! Thank you SO much for everything you have done for us! You truly made us feel loved and special! When looking for a wedding venue, me and my now wife wanted a location that would be a fun and unique experience, and ZooTampa more than delivered. From the first meeting with their event staff, they were able to walk us around the venue and paint a picture of all the possible ways ZooTampa can host a wedding. We were very impressed with all of the amenities provided by the venue. The outdoor and indoor areas ZooTampa offered were perfect for the ceremony and reception. One of the highlights was the cocktail hour, which was located next to the Giraffe habitat. Our guests were delighted to see one of the Zoo's Giraffe's out during this part of the wedding. The food that was provided by the Zoo catering team was fantastic. We had Ribeye, Chicken parmesan, and Mushroom ravioli on our menu and the staff was able to accommodate to any dietary requests. Lastly, the ZooTampa staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly on our special day.

The Barn at Jewel Farms was created as an extension of Lake Jewel Farms, a plant nursery and landscaping company in Odessa, FL. Owners Henry and Kristen Arce decided to expand their property and business in 2021, by buying an additional 15 acres of land adjacent to their plant nursery. Their vision was to build a barn as an event center to bring people together for weddings and other special events. We have many other usable event spaces including ceremony locations, a covered patio for cocktail hour, Bridal Suite and The Lounge. Included in all of our venue rentals are a sweetheart table, classic 8 ft. farmhouse tables and matching bench seating. We have an assortment of additional tables for guest book, seating chart, gifts, cake and desserts upon request.

Powel Crosley built the Florida winter home for his wife, Gwendolyn, in 1929. The two-and-a-half-story Mediterranean mansion was built in the southwest corner of Bradenton on a 60-acre parcel of land on Sarasota Bay adjacent to the John Ringling Estate. The 11,000-square-foot home has 21 rooms and 10 baths, and an adjacent carriage house has room for three cars and servants' quarters on the second floor. Originally the mansion had a swimming pool, a seaplane dock and yacht basin. The home featured many innovations for its time, including a steel frame encased in cast stone, embedded pipes and wiring, and a 135-day construction schedule. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, Seagate was saved from commercial development and purchased for renovation by Manatee County, which operates it as a meeting, conference and event venue.

I really am speechless when it comes to the Powel Crosley. I am so incredibly thankful we hosted our destination wedding here with them. I wish I wouldve taken more time on my special day to really marvel at all of the estate. There is so much beauty every which way you turn! I can't recommend Southern Streams Ranch enough! Angel, Richard and the rest of the crew are a delight to wok with and make my job so much easier. As a photographer, I appreciate so much that they are constantly improving their venue, always thinking about the photo ops, and even asking for my input! SSR is creative and artistic in their decor, giving me fresh details at every wedding. Their professionalism in planning, timelines and financials make them a pleasure to work with and I look forward to each and every wedding I shoot there. I have worked as a vendor several times now at Knights Manor and it is by far my favorite venue. The property itself is beautiful with every upgrade the awesome owners continue to make. The owners are extremely helpful, hands on, and readily available for any and every stage of the event. Truly nice and hardworking people that do everything they can to make the event run smoothly. I would work with them again and again, and I would trust them with my own event!

When I heard about the Colonial at Sunset and its location, I assumed it was going to be another barn venue. Nothing wrong with barn venues, it just wasn’t our vision for our day. The entire property was our backyard wedding dream and the owners made our experience better than we could have imagined. Britt and her husband went above and beyond for us. Before we even arrived to start getting ready for the day, her husband was out front pressure washing the outdoor area where we chose to have our ceremony. I am so grateful for their hearts and the details they payed attention to so we didn’t have to worry about it or even think about it. We opted for the all inclusive package which made our experience with planning that much easier. I recall one meeting asking if I was missing anything or if there was anything more I needed to do because it all felt too easy and she assured me that with her help, that’s how it was supposed to feel. Leading up to the day of the wedding we knew we wanted our focus to be on each other and God and walking into the day we knew we could confidently do that because of Britt and the way she serves others on their special day with excellence. If you’re not just looking for a venue but a family who cares about you and your day, then you should stop looking because you’ve found it with the Colonial at Sunset and their amazing team.
