We worked with Tiffany C from Mostest. Firstly, she did all the unglamorous, necessary parts of managing vendors and didn't let anything slip through the cracks. Helped us compose a perfect run of show and checked not a single thing was forgotten. She also helped bring things to our attention where we had underthought our planned approach, helping create so many personal, special details for the eventual day. Tiffany was extremely personable and friendly and a joy to work with. Beyond the logistics, the advice on wedding etiquette and what was worth our time to focus on, she was also an island of calm with a strong perspective when details were flying like mad. On the day of she wrangled our family like a pro, setup our centerpieces, and was just generally a force of nature in being the schedule source of truth and making sure we had everything we needed to be happy all day. Alex helped make the lead up to our wedding just about as frictionless as a couple could have wished for! She was punctual with communication with us as well as our vendors. She walked us through the timeline and listened to our own thoughts and made sure our vision came a reality. She made sure to keep us in the loop on issues that needed our attention, but was able to handle plenty on her own during the wedding day itself. She was truly such a huge help and I can’t recommend her services enough!! Consistently went above and beyond for us and we could have been happier! Additionally, Dre’s assistance on the day of was great! He was able to pick up where needed and was a huge help when it came to getting those final details in place. Our experience with Alex, Dre and Virtuous Endeavors overall was great and we can’t recommend them enough! You’re in great hands with this team!

I found Stunning and Brilliant Events as a preferred vendor from the venue we had booked with. Michelle Peska reached out to me to schedule a phone call and I really enjoyed talking with her. I think the main difference between her and another wedding planner I spoke with was that Michelle asked WAY more questions to get to know myself, my fiancé, our story, and how we envisioned our day. Michelle is very knowledgable and sweet. She definitely has a lot of experience and it shows when you are working with her to plan your event. She always seemed like she was one step ahead of me- as it should be :) I think my favorite part of hiring someone to help me with the wedding was that 30 days out she took over all of the communications with the vendors coordinating everything, which alleviated a lot of mental stress for me that I wouldn't have to worry about any of that. Wedding day- she was super helpful and I'm sure she handled plenty of problems that came up that I knew nothing about, which is exactly what you want your wedding planner doing! I 1000% think it is worth it to hire someone to help you plan your wedding and I'm so glad I did!

Speedwell was the smartest decision I made for my daughter's wedding! Veronica allowed me to enjoy my daughter's day without having to sweat the little and bigger stuff. I have so many wonderful things to say about Ash and Mukul at Cherry Bird events. They helped me plan a party for my sister's 30th birthday and worked closely and diligently with us throughout the entire process. From finding a venue to coming up with logistics for the day of, working with the DJ and venue teams to get a projector and photo wall. Even small things like helping put together centerpieces, Ash and Mukul did it all. And they did a phenomenal job of helping us put together a party that was not only gorgeous, but within our budget. The Cherry Bird team was just such a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly patient with us throughout the process, and on the day of, were so on top of things! By the time I would realize I wanted or needed something, I saw that Ash and Mukul had already taken care of it! Having them oversee this event was such a blessing. The process was seamless, well thought out, and both Ash and Mukul have such a calming presence that we would also start to calm down. I can’t praise this team enough and am so grateful to have had them run the show. And I know without a doubt that every party I have going forward will be organized by Cherry Bird events.

Nimbus Events was the wedding planning team that made our special day truly unforgettable. From the start, their communication style was straight-forward, organized, and creative - exactly what we needed to navigate the immense amount of planning and decisions. Bianca, our lead planner, was truly professional and incredibly thorough, which was necessary to guide our GIANT wedding party of 13 bridesmaids and 11 groomsmen, as well as our 300 guests, through a downpour that could have easily been a disaster. After the inevitable but still emotional acceptance of our third-line rain plan, Bianca worked tirelessly to ensure all of our (my) dreams came true. Only a planner of Bianca's quality could ensure that I still got to live out my life-long dream of riding my horse to the ceremony and enjoy an outside bar with home-made mocktails, despite the legit Texas thunderstorm. Believe me, you want a woman like Bianca in charge of the most expensive and important party of your life, especially if you're having an outdoor ceremony. The quality of Nimbus Events' work was of incredible value - they truly went above and beyond to make our big day intimate, enjoyable, and truly easy. Every single one of my married friends agreed that their biggest mistake was not hiring a good wedding planner. I decided not to learn that lesson myself and you can save yourself that pain too. Teyanna was absolutely everything and more! I hired her for day of coordination, decor and florals. She exceeded my expectations. We had a South Asian Muslim wedding. She took the time to listen and understand my culture, wishes and vision. She was extremely realistic and reminded me of my budget and what I could do vs not do. I’m a project manager and extremely Type A. It’s hard to impress me, but she was not only able to impress me but was a step ahead. She and I worked on a timeline and had multiple versions to make sure everything was accounted for. She started advising me several months ahead of my wedding. I’m so grateful for her, it’s so important to have someone day of. She was absolutely amazing, and is very talented at Coordinating, an amazing hairstylist, make-up artist and overall SERVANT to the bride. She makes the bride feel like it’s HER day and creates an environment where the bride can just focus on being a bride knowing she has got it. You don’t want to plan your wedding without her!!! You will be so grateful to have her to trust your most important day with. She will take the communications off your hands and make sure everything is where it should be. She and her team were incredibly flexible, attentive, and detail oriented and let me talk/think through everything for my peace of mind. I want to begin by saying that I was hesitant when choosing a wedding coordinator because some that I had spoken with before weren't open to my vision for our wedding. Mackenzie right off the bat was just a spark of joy and a light in the wedding planning process! She was able to set up a meeting over zoom and instantly, I knew she was different. She was so supportive of our dreams for our day and really helped bring everything to life! She assisted with small things I probably would have never thought of as well as big things I knew would stress me out. From decor to communication with vendors to literally making sure she brought us our plate of food personally to our sweet heart table, Mackenzie was an excellent source of help. She was our day of coordinator but in reality she was so much more. She took care of us and made sure we were priority so we could soak in all the joy it is to have a wedding without the stress. She handles business so well and is very reliable.
