C & R Events

This package ensures that you are supported in your planning from start to finish. From finding a venue to booking your vendors, managing your budget and planning the timeline for the day, we ensure that your planning experience is more fun and less stress. Additionally, decor rentals are included in this package, which allows you to be assured that not only is your event the best it can be, but also looks they way you always dreamed.

This package begins 3 months prior to the event, and gives the extra support needed in the last weeks of planning. Help with securing any final vendors, contract review, unlimited communication, venue visits as needed, and all vendor communication leading up to the event date. Includes all services from day of coordination package.

This package assists the client with the final details required to ensure a seamless and stress-free day. Timeline creation, vendor communication, planning meeting, one venue visit (if needed), rehearsal facilitation, and day of management are all features of our day of coordination services. This package begins 6-8 weeks prior to the event date.

Our event designing services are highlighted with our decor and linen rentals. This package includes planning meetings to ensure all areas of your event are accounted for in the design, as well as all the decor and linens required to make your event look exactly the way you pictured. We deliver, set up and tear down all of our decor, for a completely stress free day for not only you but your friends and family.
