It was originally built in the 1800s. The Caboose is the historic long barn located right next to our sister restaurant, Kitty’s, right across from the river in Hudson, NY. Soon, it will be a dynamic space with a wine shop and culinary native garden, as well as a stunning 3500 square foot event space.
