An easily-accessible setting, the hotel is found near I-81, I-86, and I-88. Ceremonies and receptions can both be held here, along with engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, pre-wedding showers, and elopements. The event spaces at Holiday Inn Binghamton are fitted with a number of amenities to help your day run smoothly. Our venue is a working cider apple farm and distillery with an orchard, greenhouse, vegetable & flower gardens, a flock of 50 exotic chickens, Sebastopol geese, Soay sheep and two super sweet Chihuahuas named Isabella and Mela. Our barn was built in the late 1870's. It has been renovated over the last few years to be the perfect space for up to 130 guests. We got married in our barn and had 80 of our closest friends and family for the event. It’s the ideal venue for these smaller weddings.

Let's start with who we are......an emergency room doctor and a nurse, with their daughter and son team; then add in a couple of retired/current school district employees who met in the restaurant business. River Vista is something that we built together and we take great pride in the opportunity to work together as a family to serve you. Over ten years ago, we began the transformation of a one-story bar/tavern into the unique venue it is today. Each design element and architectural feature come together to create the perfect balance of elegance and functionality, with a sophisticated yet rustic feel. Our facility features high ceilings, exposed cedar woodwork, crystal chandeliers, and massive deck overlooking the river. Our main reception area is complimented by our state-of-the-art conference center, which is an ideal setting for corporate training and professional development.
