Our wedding venue at The Vieux is very versatile. You can choose to get married in front of the mountains up by the gazebo and outside chapel, on the balcony of The Vieux in front of Mt. Le Conte (if it's a small wedding party), in the back yard of The Vieux surrounded by the trees or inside in front of the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Wherever you choose, your wedding will be unique and just as you choose it to be. We don't charge an exorbitant amount for our venue because we want you to be able to afford to stay at The Vieux and have your wedding all rolled into one at a great price. Some choose to do everything DIY while others choose to have a wedding coordinator, catered food and decorators come to prepare everything for them. Whatever you choose is up to you so it can be your perfect day on The Mustard Seed property at Your Home Away From Home in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. All of your guests can stay too in our 7 other cabins on the same 12 acres/mountain top.

If you are thinking of booking just do it!! A phenomenal venue and after attending my family reunion here in the heart of pigeon forge we will be back. The gorgeous hard wood floors and lovely wrap around porch were perfect for our event. I can’t praise The Southern Pines enough for their attention to detail and perfectly curated space. Our family will continue to be back year after year! I almost don’t want to leave this review because it’s such a special well kept place that isn’t too busy.

We had the most beautiful, intimate wedding at Hidden Haven on Bluff Mountain with our closest 20 family members and friends. The venue was super cute and cozy, providing the perfect setting for our small celebration. The Smoky Mountain Views were absolutely stunning, especially with all the vibrant fall colors—it was heavenly! The convenient on-site lodging was also a huge plus! Our group comfortably booked two of the five cabins available in the area, with plenty of room to spread out if needed.

My husband and I got married at the lodge at Brothers Cove in 2017 and it was the most amazing day ever. Their resort allowed our family and friends to stay together and it was very convenient to have the ceremony and reception areas right next to each other. My’Ly Christopher is the venue’s event Director and she and her team at 3M creative consultants did an amazing job for us. My’Ly is very hands on , extremely good at communicating, always responded to my messages immediately, and was always available to answer any of my questions. She and her team are very creative and you can tell they love what they do. I could not imagine planning my wedding without them. I highly recommend this beautiful location and My’Ly. I cannot sing their praises enough!!!

My husband and I hosted our wedding at The Willow and Whisk back in June. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or for better hosts! The property is absolutely beautiful and Andrea and her family were amazing to work with. They were the most gracious hosts and super accommodating for our weekend. We rented the venue from Friday-Sunday for us and the wedding party, which was so convenient for our friends coming from out of state. Andrea also helped me coordinate with all of my vendors, which made the weekend go much smoother than if I had done it all myself. Every single one of our guests had nothing but great things to say about the venue and the experience. We hope to come back and stay for an anniversary trip some day! If you're looking for a secluded yet beautiful venue to host a small wedding or get together, I highly highly recommend The Willow and Whisk.

Ancient Lore was the perfect venue for our wedding! Mallory was our event manager, and she was so kind and understanding with us! I am definitely a bride who knows what she wants (down to the smallest detail), so her understanding in executing our vision meant so much! She was willing to make exceptions and work with her team just to make sure our day was exactly what I wanted, which was greatly appreciated. I mentioned wanting to have a champagne wall for our seating chart, so they actually made one that they now rent out for other events and weddings because of my idea! We had our ceremony at the woodland terrace, cocktail hour at the axe and archery ranges (highly recommend, it’s so fun for your guests), and reception at the elf nest. Everything looked beautiful, and I could tell our guests had so much fun. The food and drinks were also incredible! All our guests raved about the carrots and meatloaf at dinner, and everyone loved the stuffed mushrooms at cocktail hour. We also had the rosemary chicken, mashed potatoes, and strawberry feta salad at dinner, which were soooo delicious, and the cream cheese stuffed jalapeños and Tennessee bruschetta at cocktail hour, which was just as tasty! I was initially worried about booking a venue that provides catering before tasting any of the food, as I’ve been to many weddings that have had horrible food, but ancient lore really delivered! The staff was also sooooo friendly and sweet to us! The only issue we ran into was some miscommunication when we did our initial virtual tour. Our tour guide had told us all of the reception sites had spaces for dancing and music, however after we booked and signed the contract, we were told otherwise. As mentioned before though, Mallory was willing to pull some strings to make sure we had exactly what we wanted on our day!

If you are considering booking the zoo for your wedding, this is your sign to do it. Every single aspect exceeded our expectations! I honestly can’t emphasize enough how accommodating they were. They truly listened to everything we wanted, and even then went above and beyond what we asked for to make our day perfect. I was honestly surprised in the best way at how much they did for us. On our wedding day, they had an event that morning that more people showed up for than they had accounted for, and even still, they made us priority. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the catering was top notch, and the set up and breakdown were effortless. For a day that everyone warned me was chaotic and stressful, that was just simply not the case at the zoo. Miranda was our coordinator and I will forever be grateful for her and how she made our special day (and the months leading up to it) the best way we could’ve asked for.

It's situated on her family farm and overlooks Bluegrass Lake, which is right in the heart of Knoxville! While you may only be 15 minutes from downtown, and just right off of Northshore Dr, The Pavilion offers a quiet escape on the water. Our ceremony site is surrounded by trees and looks out onto the lake, giving our ceremonies a private, natural, feeling. We are well known for our beach, which expands a large part of our front yard! The beach is amazing for elopements, cocktail hours, cookouts and photos!

The site is LOVELY, and the staff are also. They treated us as special (impossible as that sounds) and helped us to have the sort of wedding reception that we could only dream about. It's a fairly expensive venue, but TOTALLY worth it if you can manage it! (P.S.: We probably are the oldest bride and groom they have ever had, but that didn't seem to matter to them one bit. Don't worry if you are non-traditional.)

From the moment we started working with Emma at Castle Ladyhawke, we were impressed by their quick, efficient, and warm communication style. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with an authentic, charming feeling that made our wedding day feel truly special. The food was fantastic and despite complications it was a beautiful and magical day. While our initial coordinator, Emma, was great to work with over the 8 months leading up to the wedding, we were disappointed to learn upon arrival that she would not be there on the day. Her replacement, Kelsie, arrived late, did not have our updated documents, failed to communicate with the vendors that there was a space for them on the third floor, and seemed to lack the positive energy and personal responsibility we had come to expect. There were also a few small hiccups, like the arch being set up incorrectly initially. But overall, we had a wonderful, memorable day for us and our guests.

I adore Hawkesdene! As a local wedding photographer, I have the honor of visiting Hawkesdene multiple times each year. Every time I go, I am blown away by the service and kindness of the staff. They think of everything, and are willing to help at any second! Truly, they are gems! Beyond that, the place is stunning!! The grounds are beautifully manicured with trees, shrubs, flowers, and more. It's extremely picturesque both around the main house area as well as at the top of the mountain. I could honestly photograph a single couple at Hawkesdene for 3 days and still not visit all of the spots I would like to capture photographs! The cabins and rooms are lovely and have everything one would need. They are also beautiful inside and make for a perfect getting ready areas. Plus, I LOVE how all of the cabins are a very short walk from the center of it all- the wedding ceremony sites and reception area! The food, oh the food. It is downright amazing! From grazing tables to savory meals to desserts, it's all SO GOOD! Every time I am there, I hear guests talking about how much they like the food, too! We even had llamas come from a nearby farm for our first look photos and for the guests to interact with before the wedding. The bridal suite gave me a great area to prepare in private while also giving enough room for my family and friends to be there for me. My husband also enjoyed having the RV to get ready as well.
