Our Scottish highland farm is the farm stay venue that will give you an experience of a lifetime on our 30-acre farm just outside Sevierville, in New Market, TN. We are just 25 miles from Knoxville, 23 miles from Pigeon Forge, and 10 miles to Morristown TN. We are the perfect DIY or full-service destination wedding venue in the rolling foothills of the Smoky Mountains with overnight accommodations for up to 80 on the farm. We offer several outdoor wedding locations on the farm, on the water as well as indoor locations including our Grand White Barn, Chicken Barn, Milkbarn, and Grand Veranda. The Grand White Barn is perfect for your special day and accommodates groups of up to 250 people. Weather is never an issue as you can have your ceremony and reception in the same dry space without moving any chairs. You won’t have to worry about tent rental tricky in the event of bad weather. We have you covered in our Grand White Barn. Our Grand White Barn has a polished concrete floor with an awesome color LED lighting system that works automatically with your DJ sound system or our system.

The restored Milkbarn is the ideal spot for small intimate weddings or “Tiny Weddings”. If you are a bride looking for a small beautiful wedding you need not look any further. Your friends and family will love dancing to music via the whole house sound system and dancing under the color LED dance lights. The Milkbarn is also the perfect spot for rehearsal dinners and receptions. A full caterers kitchen allows for preparation for your event.
