Covered Patio & Garden Area

Meticulously manicured outdoor space with covered patio for protection from Mother Nature.

The covered patio seats up to 100 guests, while up to 300 can be seated in the courtyard lawn area for ceremonies. Brick pavers and rock gardens add to the photogenic characteristics of this beautiful space. Firepits and patio furniture are standard, but any type of table & chair set-up is also available.

There is a 20% premium for space rentals (Fridays through Sundays) during the months of April through June and October through December. The premium also applies to holidays.

January through March and July through September.

All alcohol must be provided by the client or caterer and be served from behind the bar. If the client is utilizing Venue-provided bartenders, only beer, wine and up to 2, pre-mixed “signature drinks” may be served. If a client requires a more complete/full bar, a Venue-approved outside bartending service must be hired. Clients may NOT provide their own bartenders, even if they are ABC-permitted. ID is required from anyone seeking an alcoholic beverage from the bar.

Yes. Parking is on-site and complimentary.

Yes, all our facility is wheelchair accessible. There are curb cut-outs, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff. There is also ample handicapped parking available.

It depends upon whether a client chooses an all-inclusive package or a la carte space and add-ons. All rentals include tables (variety of sizes), banquet chairs, basic linens, portable bar(s), podium, microphones, recessed screen & projector, fiber-based WiFi, sound system and/or background music, a photo station backdrop, and one complete set-up, take-down, and clean-up of Venue-contracted furnishings, equipment, etc.

Your reservation includes up to 8 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time is billed hourly, depending upon the size of the room utilized. There may be flexibility offered for extensive contracted decorating, depending upon other scheduled events.

If Client elects to terminate his/her agreement, all monies EXCEPT the retainer amount (25% of down payment) is refundable in accordance with a tiered refund schedule outlined in the event agreement. PLEASE NOTE THAT CLIENT CANCELLATIONS FOR COVID-19 REASONS ARE NOT EXEMPT FROM THIS POLICY, UNLESS GOVERNMENT MANDATES LEGALLY PROHIBIT THE VENUE AT LENOIR CITYFROM BEING ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THE EVENT AS SCHEDULED (“Force Majeure” clause is noted in the final event agreement).

Special event insurance is always recommended, but only required when alcohol is being served. Clients may purchase through their own insurance agent, or through a service with which we partner. Cost depends upon event size, but generally runs about $1 per person.
