The standard rate is $50 an hour, needing at least 30 minutes before start to prep fruit, the area, gather any needed ice, supplies, etc. Assuming there will be a minimum of an hour to clean up as well. I will make sure to keep everything stocked and ready. I will start making rounds to gather any glass that needs cleaning or plastic that needs disposing to make sure the host doesn’t need to do as much.

The premium rate is $70 an hour and includes everything in the standard package, as well as premium cocktails. This includes some classic shaken cocktails, 1 custom cocktail, beer, and wine. We can go over options for how to set up the bar to your preference, and we will have a consultation to figure out custom drink menus.

The no-worries rate is $100 an hour and includes everything in both package, as well as coffee and table service. Any rented glassware is put in racks, bagged up, and left in a specified area for pick up the next day? Need someone to clean up as the night goes along? I think this is the preferred package for you. There will be a consultation to set up custom cocktails, beer and wine options, as well as any non-alcoholic you may need.

This includes all options from the previous packages as well as any non-alcoholic needs. This package includes any ice, garnishes (lemons/limes/oranges/mint/etc), sodas, juices, syrups. This truly takes the thought out of half of the event. I would bring these with me, and take them away so you're not stuck with a bunch of stuff you may not want/need/have the room for. It's an all inclusive, no brainer kind of package. This package covers 4 hours of service and 1 hour of cleanup.
