Teyanna was absolutely everything and more! I hired her for day of coordination, decor and florals. She exceeded my expectations. We had a South Asian Muslim wedding. She took the time to listen and understand my culture, wishes and vision. She was extremely realistic and reminded me of my budget and what I could do vs not do. I’m a project manager and extremely Type A. It’s hard to impress me, but she was not only able to impress me but was a step ahead. She and I worked on a timeline and had multiple versions to make sure everything was accounted for. She started advising me several months ahead of my wedding. I’m so grateful for her, it’s so important to have someone day of. If you’re gonna spend tens of thousands of dollars on a wedding HIRE TEYANNA so you can enjoy the day you spent so much time and money on. Originally we had hired Allison for our stationery. As soon as I found out she was a wedding planner I couldn't wait to hire her to help plan our special day! She seriously was amazing from the start. She made me feel at ease and like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders just from our first conversation. Allison answered all of my emails fast and professional no matter how small my question was or if it was the 10th email that week. As it got closer to the wedding I was so glad she was there and so hands on because there were tons of little details I did not even think of. The day of the wedding she was beyond amazing. She handled all of our vendors and even our family. She had everything under control which left us to enjoy our special day. It was such a stress free day! I hired Sarah with Anemone as my day of coordinator for my wedding back in September of 2021! I could simply say she was great but she was SO much more! She has AMAZING attention to detail and truly cares SOO SOO much about your special day! We spent several late nights over video chat (I am Wisconsin based & she TRAVELED TO ME!!! Amazing) just going over every single detail, some things I would have NEVER thought of! Then the day of the wedding, she worked so hard to make my dream come to life! Exactly everything I wanted she executed perfectly! Alexa and her team were an immense help the day of my daughter's wedding. I wanted to enjoy the big day despite the wedding reception being hosted in my back yard and her team delivered great hospitality, organization, leadership, and creative thinking the day of to be sure my family could dance, drink and smile ALOT. For a backyard event, there is a lot of planning, preparation, and checklists that need to be accomplished in advance. Not being an event specialist myself Monarch's direction and tools were immensely helpful to be sure we were on track and considering all the aspects a wedding host must consider. Last minute weather issues were top of mind creating last minute changes so guests were not impacted negatively and my role was simply to be consulted...they handled the rest. April was FANTASTIC!! I was unsure whether or not I wanted a coordinator- I had a hard time “giving up” control of my big day. When I first spoke with April- I knew that she was THE ONE! Kind, patient, understanding, and also a little bit of a perfectionist. ;) I hired April as “Day of Coordinator” only. April took everything I gave her on my wedding day and ran with it. She took my planning binder and I said “Good Luck!” She made it all happen! She quickly and effortlessly made my dream wedding perfect. She helped with decor, setting up, getting my dress on, helping me use the bathroom, putting my shoes on… anything you could think of!! And the professionalism and kindness was next level! A few days/weeks later, my bridesmaids told me about little fires that April put out that I had no idea about- problems with the DJ, the groomsmen trying to get drunk before walking down the aisle (April stopped them), and our Happily Ever After sign that kept falling. She handled all of this without me even knowing! The best decision I made (besides who to marry) on the day of my wedding was hiring April!! You won’t regret it!!

We got married on 5/20/23. We chose to have a wedding coordinator and I am so glad that we went with Jessica and Better Together Events! I hired her for my rehearsal dinner my vowels she helped us with that our wedding was about 100 guest and we spend around 2200 but she was worth every single penny. The ceremony & help with our vows was 500 The rehearsal & mileage fee was 300. The partial coordinating was 1400. For a total of 2200 highly recommend..
