The moment we first toured The Hummingbird Chateau we fell in love and knew this was where we were meant to get married. Working with Angela and the owners were amazing. Went above and beyond and made our vision come to life with the expansive decor they offer and her creative eye! I can’t recommend them enough! Beautifully unique venue, stunning decor to choose from their vast inventory, the eclectic colorful farmhouse has an amazing photo opportunity in every nook and cranny! The bridal suite is gorgeous and relaxing and the grooms area was spectacular. I could go on and on raving about everything this venue offers. We were married in one of the outdoor locations by the greenhouse and it was perfect (the rain plan ceremony spot was a stunning back up option-so many great areas to choose from). The Hummingbird Chateau is a must see! - You’ll fall in love just like we did :)

We had our wedding and reception at the museum in April 2023 - it was the perfect location for our 100-guest event. We had the ceremony and dinner in the courtyard, with a tent (because of uncertain weather) and a very small dance floor. There was plenty of space for more tables if you have a larger event. We used the exhibit hall for the bar, the octagonal room for dancing, and the narrow gallery for the buffet. We used the library to get dressed and to store our things during the event. The entire space, both indoor and outdoor, was lovely and perfect for the event. Dan and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and super helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

We LOVED having our wedding at Woodend! Beatriz was so helpful and answered all of our questions, as well as keeping us updated as the tent set up changed over this past year. The new tent is gorgeous and the whole venue is so gorgeous, including the grounds! We were happy to keep our decor minimal and let the mansion’s beauty shine, and we got so many compliments on the venue’s set up of having the dance space (Main Hall) separated from the dinner seating (tent). We also loved Woodend’s gorgeous property, which really shined for our late October wedding. Would fully recommend considering Woodend for your wedding - plenty of parking, beautiful space, great team, and your venue fee goes to a great charitable cause.

His ability to think big-picture AND attend to the smallest details made for an incredibly smooth planning process and sensational wedding day. Our guests loved the industrial vibe of the garage bay and the farmhouse/tavern feel of the interior rooms - the best of both worlds! When speeches went long during dinner, Al worked with us in the moment to adjust our timeline so we could maximize time on the dance floor. Al doesn't miss a beat. Josephine Butler Parks Center (JPBC) is such a beautiful venue, we had our wedding there in November of 2024 and couldn’t have picked a better place. The entire process of venue selection can be daunting, and JBPC made it easy for us. We signed up for an initial walkthrough and fell in love with the history of the building, the unique layout, and the beautiful art and color schemes in each room. Steve guided us on our tour and answered all our questions, and we knew right away that this was where we wanted to hold our wedding. Taking several months to plan our wedding, we coordinated with JPBC staff to do two additional tours where they answered even more questions and allowed us to see what different lighting configurations looked like and make measurements to finalize our configuration for the big day. For the reception, we decided to seat our guests in the main ballroom, have the dance floor on the second floor foyer, place the bar out on the balcony, and serve the buffet and cake in the south gallery. Seating was a little tight in the main ballroom, as we had our 140 guests sit at fifteen round tables that were 5 feet in diameter, with a sweetheart table by the larger fireplace. But we made it work and it was a fantastic day for us overall!

We picked Clyde’s because the location was close to my church, where we did the ceremony, and because it was one of the few venues in that radius that fit our budget. I picked Clyde’s for practical reasons and looking back I couldn’t have made a better choice. I always knew I wanted my wedding reception to be fun and relaxed and have plenty of good food and drinks for my guests. Clyde’s so fit the bill. First, the food is simple yet delicious. We already knew that from dining there, and the tasting confirmed it. We were able to make menu choices to please everyone. Second, our room was beautiful and uniquely decorated and that makes a fun atmosphere. It was large enough to fit all our guests and have room to dance (we had about 50 people, but could have fit more in the room.) finally, the service was exceptional - all our guests commented on how great the servers and bartenders were at their jobs. We felt so welcome. The event staff went above and beyond to work with me to decorate and set tables to my specifications. If you are considering Clyde’s, I highly recommend them. DC wedding venues are expensive and Clyde’s was one of the few places we could afford, but even if our budget was higher, I couldn’t imagine a better experience.

Boqueria Penn Quarter was an exceptional choice for our reception venue. From the first time we met with Hadley, their communication was professional, responsive, and well organized. On the day of our wedding reception, the staff was warm, attentive, and truly made us and our guests feel special. The food was absolutely delicious - our guests are still raving about it! The team even surprised us with an extra treat, adding a special churro dessert that was a huge hit. Throughout the event, the food and beverages were plentiful and kept flowing seamlessly. The Capital Jewish Museum is a beautiful venue with flexible event spaces and thoughtfully curated exhibits. The space is modern and well-appointed with AV, lighting and equipment including tables, chairs and bars. All are high quality and brand new! Event spaces throughout the Museum make for lots of different party plans - a spacious, open first floor would work nicely for a ceremony or program with cocktails on the open-air roof terrace and second floor with time to flip the ceremony space for dinner. Plenty of creative ways to design a lovely party! The events coordinator and the building team are outstanding - very responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Love the CJM team!

From the moment we booked Hotel Indigo Baltimore for our wedding, the staff was extremely communicative, frequently checking in with us via text to ensure everything was going smoothly. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with an old-world charm and a spacious layout that was perfect for getting ready on our big day. On the night of our wedding, we were delighted to find a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our suite - a lovely touch that made us feel truly special. The hotel also looks stunning in photos, with its elegant decor and historic architecture providing the perfect backdrop for our cherished memories. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our wedding celebration.

The Baltimore Museum of Industry was the perfect venue for our wedding on September 29, 2024. From the beginning, the events team was incredibly responsive, attentive, and professional. They had a wonderful can-do attitude and were extremely flexible in accommodating all of our requests, from allowing us to drop off items early the Friday before to letting us come in for the busy Saturday rehearsal. The historic, beautiful, and energizing waterfront location was quintessentially Baltimore and truly made our special day feel unique and memorable. We are so grateful to the BMI events team for all their tireless efforts to make our wedding the best day of our lives. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to get married in the Baltimore area.

Invaluable to an anxious bride and type-A personality, David’s expertise constantly put my mind at ease every step of the way. As soon as I arrived to the wedding, David had already handled placements of vendors and other miscellaneous details that he gathered over months of planning and listening to what we wanted for our day. The courtyard was so beautiful that my mind instantly melted into our ceremony and its magical setting. Our guests were so impressed and stunned at the gothic aesthetics of the ballroom as well. Looking back on photos, I know we couldn’t have picked a better place. To put it simply, this venue and David’s experience with wedding events of all types make it the ultimate package. A totally timeless, adaptable, romantic, and UNIQUE place to get married. We will forever remember how perfect our special day was, thanks to Chase Court!

Exquisite and budget-friendly, they generously provided us with an entire day to revel in the celebration of my girlfriend's birthday.
