Built in 1918, the Carlisle Ribbon Mill was a functioning ribbon mill until 1987. The building sat mostly empty until the MCcarren family bought the property in 2003. The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must.
