What a beautiful spot! Tucked away on acreage between Orlando and Tampa is Scars Farm. Bright, natural, spacious, and well appointed. I performed a wedding at Scars Farm and everything was set up so beautifully. The space feels intimate even though there's so much room! What a wonderful wedding! I am looking forward to being at Scars Farm again soon!

Had one of the greatest times of our lives staying at the Grace River Island Resort for our November Wedding! We booked for November 22nd - 25th and from the moment we arrive we were in awe of how breath taking the location was, just like the first time we saw it a year prior. Mike, Karen, and Skye were very attentive to our questions and needs, and everything was ready for us upon our arrival. All the amenities they provided were clean and fresh, ready for us to use, shout out to the cleaning crew! There was plenty of room for our wedding party of 20, and we spent four amazing days making wonderful memories with our family and friends. The sunsets here were truly magical, as we would often gather at the dock to take in the view and spend most of the nights cozy around the firepit. On the day of the wedding, their team helped set up tables, worked alongside the vendors, and were extremely professional throughout the day. I'll be forever grateful that Skye came out with a tray of food for me and my husband, thanks to her we could actually taste all of our catering menu while we were in the process of taking photos and videos! The hospitality that was shown to us by the Grace River Island team was impeccable and they truly made our stay there one we shall never forget. My husband and I put a lot of time and research into finding the right wedding venue for us, and we walked away from our wedding day with a feeling of pride for our selection, and gratitude for the support we received. We looked at venues across three states. It was a little overwhelming and emotional, knowing that the venue would dictate so much of our time as an engaged couple and ultimately, our one wedding day. Bakers Ranch immediately stood out to us, it was an all-inclusive wedding venue that would eliminate some stress of planning. It had a gorgeous green backdrop of ancient oaks and rich foliage. It had Jeremy, a wedding planner that was calm, reassuring, honest and unlike any wedding professional we had met in our search. We booked the first available Saturday the following year almost immediately. I was also an extremely detail-oriented bride, straight down to the plates, the handmade table cards, and a personal note for each attendee. But it was all perfect. My sister and I held our parents’ joint 80th birthday party this past October 2024 at Lithia Acres. We had about 70 guests, some who came from all over the world. This venue is absolutely breathtaking with its rustic charm and beautiful trees surrounding the property. There are so many things you will LOVE about holding an event here. Once you view the property and confirm your event date, the staff has an awesome online portal to keep you stress-free and organized with any vendors you hire; to answer daily questions you may have all the way down to how you want the tables and chairs organized. In addition, they give you the freedom to design your own party by either doing your own personal decorations or hiring a party planner. There is an amazing outside area for cocktail tables and even games for the kids along with a cozy firepit. The raves we received for the simple beauty of this venue were endless. Our vendors hired were top notch and would hire them again in a heartbeat- Adam Harris with Cater Tampa. He served steak, shrimp, veggies, salad and my personal favorite, a mashed potato bar. He also created beautiful charcuterie table. The cake was from Moreno Bakery. Our DJ was with Events Done Right. Our lovely bartender was with Hook Line and Drinker. Did I have a single issue with this party? NONE! Everything went perfectly, just as planned. Honestly, I cannot say enough about how incredible nice and helpful EVERYONE at Lithia Acres was from the first day we met through end of my parents’ party. I give my highest recommendations to Lithia Acres as a perfect and unique venue for any special occasion!

I have worked as a vendor several times now at Knights Manor and it is by far my favorite venue. The property itself is beautiful with every upgrade the awesome owners continue to make. Rick was very open, communicative and set up several planning meetings to make sure we had everything we wanted to create the perfect Pakistani-American fusion wedding. Rick was so easy to work with, had great energy, enthusiasm and professionalism. When the weather turned to rain for our outdoor ceremony he didn't waste a single second and saved the day. He also went out of his way to learn Pakistani/Muslim traditions and was very open and respectful of dietary restrictions and everything else. From the moment we connected with Wendy we knew we had chosen the right venue. We are from Saint Louis, so trying to find venues 1000 miles away was stressful! We actually had our wedding dress and suit lost, (8 days before the wedding!) and she saw my post on social media and called just to make sure I was okay! She didn’t have to do that, but she did (believe it or not we didn’t find the dress, but we located exact matches in Tampa when we landed!) Every detail was carefully crafted to ensure our day was magical! The entire team worked so hard to make sure even the smallest things were taken care of. We made some really good friends with the staff, and we cannot wait to come back for our anniversary! Thank you SO much for everything you have done for us! You truly made us feel loved and special! Also, can we talk about the food! Multiple guests told us it was the BEST wedding door they had ever had! If you’re thinking about this venue, please just give them a call! We recently got married at the Tampa Edition and the entire process was wonderful. We had our ceremony on the garden terrace and our reception in the ballroom. From our first tour to tastings to planning calls, we received white glove service. The wedding weekend was incredible - every detail was covered and our guests felt so special. The space turned out to be so beautiful and the food was INCREDIBLE!! ALL of the staff (valet, room service, front desk, servers, bar tenders etc) were so professional and accommodating. They went above and beyond with so many small personalized details made the weekend that much more special. I am SO glad we chose this venue. It will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Just outside of downtown Tampa sits The Orlo, a private social club housed within the historic Spafford House and ballroom. Orlo J. Spafford, the president of the Tampa National Bank, built the Orlo in 1896 to share with his son and his family. In 1922 the Orlo was sold to the Tampa Women’s Club where the addition of a ballroom was made to host formal parties and extravagant dances. This historical ballroom still stands today and is ready to host your next party or extravaganza. Some of our favorite features are our gorgeous bridal suite on the second floor. It has so much natural lighting (a photographers dream) and large enough for you and your bridal party to get ready on your wedding morning! The Tampa Museum of Art was our top venue choice for our February wedding. We wanted something that offered an indoor/outdoor experience, was elegant, and that we could customize to fit our exact vision. Our guests were blown away by the venue from the moment they arrived at the cocktail hour in the atrium to dinner and dancing under the covered outdoor area. The architecture of the museum plus the backdrop of downtown Tampa made for beautiful pictures. The TMA staff were so wonderful to work with and made our vision come to life. Wish we could do it 100x again!

They were very upfront about any costs and fees, and they were willing to work with us to make adjustments in order to get pricing within our budget. We worked with Rachel throughout our wedding planning process and she was fantastic. She responded quickly to our emails and was able to answer any and all questions. Between she and our wedding planner (Erika O'Brien) we were able to enter our wedding weekend with ease and very little stress. We initially chose Falcon's Fire due to the quality and beauty of the venue, paired with a very affordable price (which can be very hard to find these days!). Though, now that the wedding is all said and done, we are so incredibly grateful to have chosen such a wonderful venue. In addition to the affordability and beauty of the venue, Mary and her team did an incredible job. Our pasta bar, catered by the restaurant at Falcon's Fire was delicious. It was truly the perfect day! Also- special and much louder shout out to Mary. The week of the wedding Mary notified us of a slight change that needed to take place due to updated guidelines set by the golf course (which were, understandably, beyond her control). When I stopped by the venue to walk the changes with Mary, I was pleased to learn that Mary had already thought through a wonderful contingency plan that not only met, but exceeded our expectations, keeping what we wanted for our special day as a priority. It is easy to rate a business with 5 stars when things go perfectly, but for a business to uphold 5 stars (honestly, I would say they exceeded 5 stars) when needing to pivot and problem solve in a pinch, that (in my opinion) speaks greater volumes to the service and quality of a business and its events coordinator. Thank you, Mary. We reflect fondly on our wedding and are happy that you and Falcon's Fire were able to be such a huge part of our day.

Every aspect of this venue was amazing. The bridal suite was the perfect place to get ready with plenty of comfortable space for me and all of my bridesmaids. The lakeside setting made the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. The reception space was the best way to end the day and celebrate with friends and family. When looking for a wedding venue, me and my now wife wanted a location that would be a fun and unique experience, and ZooTampa more than delivered. From the first meeting with their event staff, they were able to walk us around the venue and paint a picture of all the possible ways ZooTampa can host a wedding. We were very impressed with all of the amenities provided by the venue. The outdoor and indoor areas ZooTampa offered were perfect for the ceremony and reception. One of the highlights was the cocktail hour, which was located next to the Giraffe habitat. Our guests were delighted to see one of the Zoo's Giraffe's out during this part of the wedding. The food that was provided by the Zoo catering team was fantastic. We had Ribeye, Chicken parmesan, and Mushroom ravioli on our menu and the staff was able to accommodate to any dietary requests. Lastly, the ZooTampa staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly on our special day.

Hotel Alba hosted my wedding reception on 10/10/20 and we had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and has a very unique design and feel. It was a great taste of Tampa for our friends and family who were visiting from out of town. Even better than the hotel itself were the office and event staff. Everyone we interacted with, from the GM to the bartenders, were helpful and accommodating. I cannot say enough nice things about the event manager, Kristina. I hired a day-of coordinator from an outside company and had a very bad experience, but Kristina went above an beyond to handle everything we needed. Kristina helped us manage reception items (gifts, party favors, signage, etc.), coordinated with vendors, and even handled some last minute meal changes we had from some of our guests. Finally, the food and food service were excellent. A few months before the wedding, the event staff coordinated a tasting with the chef for my husband and I. Chef prepared a delicious tasting and helped us make our final food and wine choices. At the reception, we received endless compliments from our guests on the filet and mahi mahi. If I was to start over right now and plan another wedding, I would go right back to Hotel Alba.

This place was amazing! They offer everything you need for an amazing price point. I didn’t have to worry about anything and everyone I came in contact with was so helpful and kind. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. The food was amazing!! Had so many compliments from my guests on how great the food was. DJ Lyndsay was the best!! I had a very last minute change to my father-daughter dance and she was able to make it happen for us without an issue.
