About this venue

Since 2003, Oaks of Devonaire in Arcadia, FL has provided a tranquil setting where horses and cattle graze, butterflies flit through tropical flower-filled gardens, and Spanish moss drapes 200 year-old oak trees. Imagine a red horse barn on 20 beautiful country acres, complete with babbling creek, huge oak trees and tropical gardens. This location is perfect for Weddings or other events. Rustic Elegance at its finest. Includes two 12x12 air-conditioned changing rooms, two handicap accessible restrooms, outdoor dance floor, fire pit, ceremony site with bench seating, and tables and chairs for up to 150 people. $3,100 June-September, and $4,100 for October-May. This is for a three-day package. The day before for setup, decorating and the rehearsal, the day of, and the day after for cleanup.

Barn Venue

The Oaks of Devonaire features a rustic, yet elegant Barn and a beautiful Ceremony Site amongst sprawling 200-year-old oak trees.

The outdoor Oaks Ceremony Site is located in a park-like setting under dozens of 200-year-old oak trees and features woodland-style bench seating, and a 10 by 10 covered 'I do' pavilion. The Barn reception area boasts a 30x24 dance floor, whiskey barrel bar with claw foot tub 'coolers' and a chest freezer, caterer's corner, air-conditioned brides' changing room, grooms' room, restrooms, fire pit, and ample parking.

Included in this room:

Outside ceremony site is included as well as a groom's suite and a bridal suite. Kitchen with a sink and refrigerator, restrooms, beautiful patio, a whiskey barrel bar, a 720 sq foot dance floor with Edison lighting, and a fire pit. Butterflies and hummingbirds are frequent visitors at the tropical gardens. There’s also a babbling creek with a wooden bridge. It’s rustic elegance at its finest!

Room cost

$4,100 in our Peak Season gets you 3 days for your wedding event. 1st day for setup and rehearsal dinner if you choose to have it here. Day 2 Your Big Day!! Day 3 Is for clean up.

    Oaks of Devonaire is not only a beautiful venue at an incredibly reasonable price point (hands down the best in the area for 3 days!), but the venue owners truly are so kind and accommodating! There are many locations for portraits and all are stunning! I can't wait to capture many more love stories at Oaks of Devonaire.

    My husband and I knew right away that this was the place for our wedding. It was literally everything I wanted ln a venue; separate dressing rooms, big beautiful barn, beautiful oak ceremony area, dance floor, bar and dj area. Theresa, the owner, was so easy to work with and so freaking nice and helpful when I had questions. All of our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the place was and how well my diy book theme decor, and our purple and blue colors looked with the venue Everything blended so perfectly together, it couldn't have looked better. I would love to do it all again just to spend more time there!

    I cannot say enough about this venue and the owner, Theresa. It's so beautiful, and the fact that you get 3 days for less than what some venues charge for half a day is just amazing. It makes your wedding day so stress free. Theresa has a lot of accommodations such as tables and linens on site. Just another plus to make your day easier. I would get married here a thousand times over.

    My "special day" was absolutely amazing - and due in part by the Oaks of Devonaire. The owner, Theresa, is a joy to work with and the property is absolutely gorgeous! Imagine saying "I do" under a picturesque oak canopy - with a gazebo and benches for guests. The natural setting was everything I could have ever dreamed of - and the follow-up reception was just a short walk away to a beautiful large barn. I had my own changing room; my groom had his own space. There was a kitchen, and a porch with a bar. We had plenty of access the day before for set-up and the day after for breakdown (no rush!) If we had wanted to, we were invited to even host the rehearsal dinner on the property! Everything was absolutely wonderful and the photos truly came out fantastic. This place will always hold a special place in my heart. You will not regret hosting your wedding at this venue.
