The Chateaux At Fox Meadows was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The event space features gorgeous natural lighting from the large windows and a spacious patio that was ideal for our outdoor cocktail hour. Our event planner(s), Sarah & Kayla, were extremely prompt, professional, and friendly in all of our communications leading up to the big day. They were very accommodating with any special requests we had to personalize the space and make it our own. The staff the day-of was also incredibly helpful, working seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure everything flowed smoothly for us and our guests. We received so many compliments from our guests on the beautiful venue and exceptional service from the Chateaux team. They were affordable and have an In-House Vendor Package you can choose that includes pretty much everything you need for your wedding day! We would highly recommend them for any couple looking for a picturesque, accommodating venue to host their special day!

The St Vrain is such a beautiful venue with intentionally decorated spaces. Mark and Annie were wonderful to work with and very communicative. We got married in April and unfortunately were unlucky with the weather, however, we didn’t have to worry much since the St Vrain is primarily indoors, spacious and was easily able to accommodate our 120 guests. Some of their recommended vendors were out of our price range so we had to do a little additional research to find the right vendors for us. Overall, we are extremely glad we chose the St Vrain.

Dickens Opera House was an absolute pleasure to work with for the wedding. Their communication style was quick, communicative, and caring - they were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. The venue itself was even more impressive in person, with lots of natural lighting, wonderful private rooms, a full bar, and an elevator for guests who couldn't or didn't want to use the stairs. They went above and beyond to ensure the day went smoothly, accommodating our specific food requests and making sure we got exactly what was wanted. I highly recommend Dickens Opera House to any couples looking for a beautiful, versatile wedding venue with a wonderful staff.

Caitlyn is incredibly organized, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure our day was truly special. The venue itself is stunning, with so many unique spaces that offer different vibes. Whether it was the moody speakeasy or the bright and airy ceremony and reception areas, we felt like we could shape the space to fit our vision. But what sold me where the tables and chairs — they’re modern, beautiful, and included at no extra cost, which was a huge plus. We appreciated the flexibility to bring in our own vendors, but Caitlyn’s recommendations and her effort to build relationships with local vendors made everything so easy. Choosing The Simon was one of the best decisions we made, and our day was absolutely gorgeous thanks to Caitlyn and the entire staff!

We had our wedding at Balistreri on October 26th, and it could not have been a more perfect day thanks to the venue and the incredible staff. Mattie and Katy made the planning process a breeze, helped us pick our food out, took our wishes and feedback into account, and truly just gave us everything we could have wanted out of this day. They're incredibly flexible to your vision but will provide input and thoughts when needed, ensuring that everything is set up for success. The food and the wine is INCREDIBLE. We got so many compliments all night and after the fact about the dishes (lamb, salmon, and risotto), the appetizers, the desserts, the late night snack, and especially the cabernet. They're also incredibly accommodating to allergies, working with us for our friends and family with dietary restrictions to make sure everyone is aware of ingredients. We attended a tasting event to try a variety of food options, and then had a private tasting to finalize our menu, where Mattie and the chefs sat down with us and helped us tailor our menu to our exact wishes. The set-up, bartending, and wait stuff were all top notch - making our day run incredibly smoothly. The inclusion of chairs, linens, flatware, etc. and catering in house was a huge draw for us in terms of ease of planning. They have some highly recommended vendors for entertainment and alcohol delivery, who are not mandatory to use, but who worked seamlessly with the venue to create an easy and low stress day. Lastly, the venue is absolutely beautiful. It is set up so naturally perfectly that we barely felt the need for additional decor. The garage doors being open between the ceremony and reception spaces allowed for such a seamless flow and natural feeling cocktail hour. Our event of 120 guests fit the space wonderfully. We got married right at sunset, late in the year, and were gifted with the most gorgeous weather. I truly cannot rave enough about how wonderful it was to host at Balistreri. We had the most magical day and could not have done it without this wonderful venue. The amount of personal touches and care they put into hosting your event shows why it is such a popular and well loved place.

We had our wedding at The Ramble and stayed for multiple nights leading up to and after the special day. I have zero complaints about our whole stay, everything was perfect. The venue is stunning. The food and drinks were delicious. The rooms were very cute and comfortable. The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful to us and our guests. They went out of their way multiple times to ensure our comfort and it was so appreciated. Leading up to the day, they were very communicative and so welcoming with each visit we made. Planning the wedding from out of state, they truly took so much pressure off our plate. Tessa and her team absolutely killed it, and it shows in how smoothly they are able to run an event. We’re so thankful they helped create a special day for us.

The Platte River Fort is an absolutely beautiful venue! We had our wedding there and I wouldn’t have wanted to get married anywhere else. We coordinated with Cindy and she was beyond helpful helping us book and getting everything ready for our big day. The only reason I wouldn’t give this place 5 stars is all of the hidden fees that were not mentioned or included in the package we booked. Long story short, you will all of a sudden find yourself paying them hourly after you have paid for a whole package and then some. The owners and management need to be more clear on every detail. And of course as many places and events are, the alcohol and bartenders are triple the amount. It would’ve been cheaper to hire a third party bartending vendor to come serve.

Hosting our party at DCO was one of the best choices we could have made! The space is beautifully designed and presented the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The Lumber Baron Inn & Gardens is an enchanting wedding venue located in Denver, Colorado. Dating back to 1890, this mansion was romantically constructed by John Mouat as an ode to his beloved wife, Amelia. After more than a century, it now operates as a luxurious Bed and Breakfast as well as an attractive event destination. The mansion has been beautifully restored to its original floor plan. The spacious third floor ballroom gives access to the top of the turret with great views of Downtown Denver and the surrounding Potter Highland neighborhood. In the 1890s, the ballroom originally hosted teas, dances and social functions for the elite of Denver through the 1890s continuing on into the early 1900s. Behind the mansion, is our amazing spacious garden. It is an oasis in the city. Shaded by enormous narrow leafed cottonwood trees and filled with a variety of flowers, and fountains, the garden is amazing.

We were very particular about what we wanted from our wedding venue and the Lumber Baron delivered on everything. We wanted a Denver venue that you could stay at both the night before and the night after, a place in a cool neighborhood for the guests to be able to explore, with an outside area for the ceremony and reception, that was also gorgeous to take pictures in and around. The staff were super accommodating and Elaine, Joel, and Sasha are a great team. While we had a more laid-back wedding in terms of organization, flowers, etc, Sasha made everything so easy! The food was fantastic, we were able to special request specific beer that we wanted at the event, and they were awesome at setting up Sunday Brunch for the morning after for our guests as well. Could not recommend this place enough!

We used Asterisk for our wedding reception and it was perfect! We had the cocktail hour on the rooftop and then moved into the Main Gallery for dinner dancing. They have a fabulous get ready room which was perfect for hair and makeup in the morning. The venue staff was amazing, so organized and helpful! They really made us feel feel special the day of our wedding. Highly recommend this venue for your event!

We traveled to Denver for our destination wedding and one of the biggest struggles was finding a location to hold a rehearsal dinner for over 30 people. Luckily, we were able to get in touch with Teresa at Woodie Fisher/ Hilton and she solved every issue and question. From the planning stages of selecting our custom menu all the way to setup and execution of the dinner, the staff at Woodie Fisher did not cease to amaze and accommodate. My wife and I give Teresa and everyone at Woodie Fisher 5 stars and would highly recommend this restaurant for your event!!

Christian the owner, communicated with us in a quick, direct, and pleasant manner throughout the planning process, providing helpful information that guided us to a wonderful event. The venue itself has a hip, cozy vibe while still being budget-friendly with a feeling of class. They were accommodating of our guests' dietary needs and had great suggestions that contributed to an amazing experience overall. The courtyard offered an amazing spot for our ceremony and some beautiful photos. From start to finish, The Lobby Venue's knowledgeable team ensured our special day went smoothly. Wynkoop Brewing Company was the perfect venue for our wedding rehearsal. From the moment we inquired, their communication via email and phone was fast and responsive. The space itself is really cool - it's an extra large pool hall with 3 private pool tables that our guests loved using throughout the night. They were so sweet and welcoming when we arrived, and the food they served was absolutely delicious. With the variety of rooms they have available to book for events, we were able to find the perfect space that fit our needs. Overall, Wynkoop Brewing Company helped make our special day before unforgettable.

I can only say good things about the Greenbriar Inn!! The Greenbriar team was great to work all the way from planning the event to the night of. I encourage you to book this place for upcoming weddings or events. The venue is even more beautiful in person compared with the photos. Planning: GBI team was incredibly detailed and caring about the nuances of planning our event. When we'd come with a suggested plan, they were very engaged in providing strategic recommendations to make it run as smoothly as possible. Property/Grounds: The property is stunning. We received endless compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ceremony site, cocktail hour location, and dining room were. You really feel like you're in a magical oasis. Food & Drink: The food is a highlight of this venue since they are a fine dining restaurant! The appetizers were a hit, especially the mini beef wellingtons. People loved the cupcakes, even though I didn't get the chance to try it! I was nervous about the bar bill given it's a pay-by-drink approach, but the GBI team did a great job proactively trying to keep it as low as possible/within budget. Pets: This venue is pet friendly! They were so amazing about accommodating our dog Leo so he could be there for our special day.

We planned our wedding at the Oxford in less than six months, and could not have been happier with the entire process. Brittany was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly listened to what we wanted. She was relaxed and calm, but ALWAYS on top of it, and provided us many options as we weighed our priorities. The entire event felt so much like us. Planning and working with Brittany was made easy because she is so organized, and never imposed her own views on us (but gave great advice when we asked). We absolutely loved the accommodations offered to us and to our guests, and the service at the hotel was exemplary - all of the staff are so friendly! There were no hidden or tricky costs, and the food was absolutely phenomenal - people still talk about it over a year later! We found such ease in being able to host all in one spot - many of our guests stayed at the hotel, we held the ceremony and reception there, and transportation was super easy for everyone. Guests enjoyed the cocktail lounge after the reception, and many ate next store at the Urban Farmer for breakfast. It's a special place to go back to now - we loved our wedding and the planning process, and cannot recommend working with Brittany enough!

My wife and I booked the Presidential Suite for our wedding weekend, using the big and beautiful room for the bridesmaids getting ready area. Our guests also had a wonderful time visiting the restaurants and bars on site, and we even used License #1 as our after party venue (open at least until 1 AM). 5 stars for the Boulderado would highly recommend this Colorado landmark to any wedding or anniversary experience.

The Moxy Hotel Boulder accommodated a room block for several of my wedding guests in August 2024. I had an” great experience working with Katie, Moxy’s Director of Sales. Katie was professional, communicative and accommodating throughout the wedding process. The guests who stayed at Moxy raved about the modern hotel features, the roof top views and the location, which really provides the best of both worlds in Boulder: it is a 15-20min walk from both downtown Boulder and the famous Chautauqua Park. I really appreciate Moxy Boulder providing an excellent experience to my friends and family during our wedding weekend. I highly recommend working with this hotel on any personal or professional event.

Clock Tower Events is under new management and located in downtown Denver. Prior to 1950 the Daniels & Fisher Department store was the ‘crown jewel’ of the Denver skyline. Built in 1911, the D&F Tower was the tallest structure west of the Mississippi, at a height of 393 feet. In the 1960’s after financial ruin the building was set to be demolished. In the early 1970’s, Denver was able to save the actual clock tower from being destroyed. Now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it lights up the Denver skyline and remains a defining building for downtown. Now, the top five floors of this beloved structure are available for smaller, private events through Clock Tower Events. I was hired to play a two hour wedding proposal event at the Clock Tower and the venue and staff were great to coordinate with! Renee’s attention to detail and clarity of communication made this incredibly smooth and stress free! The space is beyond unique and the couple enjoyed their ability to book a live musician for their proposal. Would absolutely play another event at the Clock Tower!

We had a fantastic experience hosting a private event at Corrida! We had our wedding rehearsal dinner in the all-glass private dining room overlooking the mountains and city. Beforehand, we were able to enjoy a drink on the patio as guests arrived. The food and the staff were phenomenal–we heard from several guests that it was the “best rehearsal dinner they had ever been to.” The staff was vigilant about food allergies and sensitivities. We highly recommend Corrida for your next private dinner event!

The Hyatt Regency was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better property to work with, the employees were so kind and made me feel so special! Tivoli Student Union is a historically beautiful and unique building on the Auraria Campus. Built in 1870 by German-born Mortz Sigi, the Tivoli was originally part of the Colorado Brewery. In 1901 is became the Tivoli Union Brewery, named after the famous amusement park in Copenhagen. The Denver Athletic Club is a private membership owned club that was established in Denver in 1884. The DAC moved to it’s current location in 1892 and has expanded in the years since to now occupy the entire city block. The Starkey Mansion is 13,000 square feet on four floors. Mary and Xavier have taken the old guard mansion-style and transformed it into a modern home with a historic graciousness. The Starkey Mansion is both an event and Bridal venue with 6 beautiful theme bedrooms (9 beds) one suite for the bridal couple and others for family and friends. There is a large formal dining room, library, and living room supported by an authentic butler’s pantry, and a large commercial level kitchen. The garden is just under one acre and is graced by lovely rod iron chairs and tables a slate floor for dancing, a walkway and pedestal for the bridal couple to walk down, and always graced in summers with hibiscus, roses, wine vines, an herb garden, and a real old-world pizza oven.

Since 2020, I have stayed at the Starkey Mansion as a guest, and I have attended three black-tie and formal events that the Starkeys hosted at the mansion. Let me start with my experience at formal events. As an executive at one of the largest publicly traded utilities in North America, I attend many non-profit, political, and industry executive events. I can say without hesitation that among the best formal events I have ever attended, the ones hosted by Starkey’s were the best of the best. The meals at the Starkey’s included up to 11 courses, each course more flavorful and delicious than the previous, with perfect alcohol pairings. The service is top-notch, and the ambiance, enhanced by the beautiful décor and lovely flower arrangements, of the historic mansion makes for a memorable experience for the guests. One of the unique aspects of the Starkey Mansion is that they have multiple rooms, each special, that event guests or a wedding couple may choose to enjoy. Having stayed in one of the rooms for over a week, I can confidently say that the accommodations are at par with a 5-star rated property. Finally, about the Starkey’s themselves – they are among the most professional, honest, and nicest people I have met. The Starkey Institute is the Harvard of Household Management education with student placements with high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and top military institutions, which speaks to the standards they keep in everything they do. So, if you are considering Starkey’s for a wedding, I say, “go for it; it’s the best and easiest decision you could make.”

My husband and I have been visiting the Botanic Gardens for years and it was the only venue we wanted for our wedding day. The wedding day was everything we had hoped for and many of our guests commented afterward how beautiful it was. We also knew ahead of time that we wanted an intimate wedding and the Woodland Mosaic and Solarium as our location. The weather was fairly warm on our date but our guests didn't feel it because the venue has lots of shade with the solarium and trees. It also felt like a more secluded space, which is something that we wanted. Our wedding date was a very popular Saturday in June, and I believe 5 other weddings were taking place at the same time! Because our location felt so private, we hardly noticed. The only exception being the "golden hour" for photography, where we were taking photos in the Japanese garden and carefully maneuvering around other couples also taking photos. If you want to be the only bride in sight, keep this in mind. We didn't care though. Because we had such a small wedding (40 people), we chose not to have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator. I would recommend one for this venue if you have a larger group or if you don't have a lot of helping hands. We had a lot of help from our families on the day of the event - helping set up things like the gifts/card table and brining in liquor in coolers. We also carried out a lot of items ourselves at the end of the night. This isn't a complaint from our end, as we expected to do some of the coordination ourselves. Just keep in mind that if you don't want to have to do anything on your wedding day, be sure to hire someone for that role. Emily was great at coordinating from the Botanic Gardens side. She gave us helpful information when needed, responded quickly, and we also met her about a month in advance to walk through the site, going over details on things like chairs and tables. In addition, you get an hour walkthrough during the day before your event. On the day of, I booked a touch-up room (included in the price). They have a limited catering list and we were happy to use Serendipity Catering for our food, bartenders, service staff, desserts and floral, which made coordinating everything a lot easier! I highly recommend working with Brie and Raven. Another perk of booking this venue is that you can bring in your own alcohol, which can save money. Negatively, it was a bit of work for our families to haul all of this in and out while in formalwear. Depending on which space you book, you are also only able to have acoustic music. We wanted (and hired) a string quartet, so this worked for us. However, if you want to dance the night away with a DJ, you would need to book elsewhere for the reception or book their indoor ballroom. The best surprise for us was a free couples membership for a year to the Botanic Gardens. We are so excited to have the opportunity to spend more time here, enjoying their many event offerings throughout the year. We can't wait to return year after year!

Our experience working with the staff at the McNichols Building truly could not have been any better. From the time we took our first tour, to the end of our wedding day everything was wonderful. We were originally scheduled to get married there in June of 2020 and moved our wedding not once, but twice due to Covid. Both times we moved the wedding their staff was incredibly accommodating and rescheduled our date without any fees or difficulty. We finally had our wedding there in Oct. 2021. Their original events coordinator we worked with, Julie, who we adored, took a different position during the pandemic and the transition between her and the gentleman who took of her duties was seamless. John was also so easy and pleasant to work with. The rest of the staff was just as incredible and accommodating on our wedding day. We rented the third floor and it was perfect for our 150 person wedding. We loved the modern style of the room and the local, modern art on display added unique decor and personality to the space. We used Civic Center Park and some surrounding areas for wedding photos and they turned out beautiful. This venue is truly a gem of Denver and I would recommend using it for any event - personal, business, or otherwise. You will not find a better event staff to work with!

Just had my wedding there Sunday the 24th and let me say it was beautiful! Everyone there was really nice and helpful. I went with the DJ and wedding coordinator package and all of it was amazing! Shawn and Kim answered any questions I had leading up to the wedding in a fast manner! My day was stress free! The bartender was also amazing! I would recommend this place to get married or to even do any type of event there due to the awesomeness of the staff and owners! You can rent anything you need for signs to cake table to linens and they set up everything you rent through them.

Incredible. The Flagstaff House exceeded our expectations in every way. When we were initially brainstorming our wedding we wanted to prioritize the food and the music, aiming for a "supper club" vibe, and Flagstaff certainly knocked it out of the park. We decided on a day time lunch wedding and it was so much fun. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how incredible the event was - the 5 star food, the delicious drinks, the wait staff's attentiveness, the VIEWS. Annie coordinated our event and she was absolutely wonderful. A true professional who is accommodating to all ends. Even when we weren't sure about something, Annie was always there with an excellent suggestion on how to execute. The wait staff come around and take drink orders, as opposed to the typical wedding bar that has a huge line. The kitchen accommodated all food and allergy restrictions with ease, and the bar staff even created some delicious fall cocktails on our behalf. We couldn't be happier with our ceremony overlooking the flatiron mountains. The location is truly special. They've made us raving fans and we will certainly be back for a "regular" dinner service soon.
