We are a small family farm located in Central New York. We have created several spaces on our farm for ceremonies, and a very nice, intimate space for a reception. We have a licensed kitchen, therefore we can cater your wedding, or you can hire an outside caterer. We are working farm, and as such need to limit the number of seated guests to 30 or fewer, 50 or fewer for an hours d’oeuvres only reception. Booking our venue also includes officiant services. When you get married at Ashling, you get the entire property to yourself. From your rehearsal to your day-after brunch, it's all yours. We handle the tent, tables, chairs, and bathroom trailer. Plus we have a wedding coordinator on-site for you, along with unique accommodations for 20 people. You choose your caterer and DJ, and we make it happen.

Celebration Event Hall is a full-service banquet facility. Everything needed from linens, chairs, tablecloths, plates, glasses, food, alcohol & more are available. We also offer servers and bartenders for passed or buffet-style functions. We have a full liquor bar including beer and wine. Martinis, Manhattans, Cabernets & Bottled Beer is just a few choices of alcohol that you can choose from for your event. We can also do a custom drink menu to fit your needs. Daily Rentals are available with access to our barn starting at 8:30am with all departed by 8:00pm. Partial Hayloft with black cocktail tables and assorted black chairs, built in large bar area, small kitchen holding area, nice restrooms inside barn, decorative lighting with some old country charm furniture and props throughout are all included. Just bring in your own food and beverages as a DIY. Specializing in Small events including Bridal Showers and Baby Showers. Small Elopements welcome. Designated outside ceremony lawn area available.
