Homesteads Events is a division of Homesteads Management, one of the Piedmont and Western North Carolina fastest-growing and well-respected event & hospitality companies. A small non-descript utility building on the premises, while listed as a “noncontributing” structure, is believed to have been a carriage house for the David Ramsour House (ca. 1820) which occupied the property years ago.

Joshua and Carlyn founded Grace Statesville in 2011. Back then, we both found ourselves in pretty much every role required to keep the venue running and making sure the weddings went off without a hitch.
