We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. It has been a long and difficult road, so we are thrilled to be at this point in the story. We invite you to stop in and introduce yourself soon; we truly look forward to welcoming you!

Our space has a lodge like feel with post and beam construction, 2 large fireplaces, a moose head and lots of dark handsome woodwork. 2 of our rooms have large windows overlooking our pond and fountain. We have 2 bars, and 38 outside tables. Our front patio has a large stone gas fireplace and our back patio overlooks the pond.

Strongwater Events is a dynamic industrial wedding venue housed in the middle of a century old warehouse in the Franklinton Arts District, just outside of downtown Columbus, OH. We have three distinct spaces all connected to each other to allow for many different sized weddings. We share the warehouse with Strongwater Food & Spirits and 400 West Rich artist studios and are extremely grateful to be a part of this thriving hub of creativity! We're located just minutes from downtown Columbus and surrounded by a vibrant community. The warehouse was originally built in 1911 and has been preserved and reimagined into the chic industrial space it is today.
