Tables and chairs are included. All else must be provided through rental services and catering. We have one security person who will be on site throughout your event. All else provided by caterer or rental service.

Emmerich Tree Farm is a working Christmas Tree Farm catering to the 'Choose-and-Cut' market in Warwick, NY, just 50 miles NW of the George Washington Bridge. Our property has been in the family since 1960, and the trees were planted in 2007. Our pavilion is 30 by 40 and was built in the summer of 2011 using beams harvested from the property. There are rustic accents added throughout, which help make the space unique. Articulating glass windows & doors on the South & East walls allow us to control temperature shifts, creating a unique indoor/outdoor space. Adjacent to the pavilion is a tented patio which is 60' x 30'. The tent is provided by our venue, includes hanging string lights, and has sides available upon request. The space allows room to seat up to 180 people using rectangular tables and up to 130 people using 5' round tables. We also have a Bridal tent built with rustic cedar trim. The tent is furnished with seating, full-length mirror and power.

A elegantly rustic newly built barn situated in the heart of the Fingerlakes of NY with breathtaking views. The private 22 acre property has a beautiful landscape, modern farmhouse style barn, outdoor patio and bar, a framed tent, large 1 acre pond and more.

Oak Knolls Manor was built in 1906 and is a preserved Wells Barn in Western New York. We host only ONE event a weekend which allows our clients the opportunity to slow down, have time to set up, and enjoy family and friends. The rural location really creates a destination wedding feel. The venue features our silos with propane fire pits and outdoor furniture to relax and take in the views. The silos are also a great spot for a cigar bar. Equipped with two large decks on either side of the venue, one is covered and remains completely waterproof even when the weather doesn't cooperate. The other overlooks the Genesee Valley where there is plenty of open space to see for miles. We have tables and padded fruitwood chairs to accommodate up to 250 guests. Including 8 farm tables, 20 rectangular tables, and 10 rounds. We also have durable padded ceremony chairs and two wood stained arbors to choose from along with ceremony coordination services. All included with venue and ceremony costs.

Creekside Grove is a scenic venue located in the Endless Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Situated on 10 landscaped acres it is the perfect location for your next event. Creekside Grove is conveniently located just north of Scranton, Pa and south of Binghamton, NY. The grove features a large covered pavilion with vaulted wood ceilings, fieldstone walls and a stone fireplace. The pavilion features a removable enclosure in case of inclement weather and an extra large deck shaded by beautiful Sycamore trees. The Cracker Factory is a renovated industrial factory in Geneva, New York. This 65,000 square foot factory houses The Cracker Factory, 3Stories non-for-profit, and Miles and May Furniture Works. The Cracker Factory building, built in the early 1900s, was first home to Geneva Forge, a cutlery manufacturer. In 2007, Miles and May Furniture Works moved their production to the first story and began renovations on the previously unoccupied building. Since 2010, the second-floor gallery space has been in use for art shows, concerts, and events.
