I've been a professional photographer since 2016 but really I've been invested in photography since I was 15 years old. My love for documenting moments came from a desire to capture my own life and that of my friends using disposable cameras to using flip phone cameras and point and shoot digital cameras on beach trips with friends. Shortly after, I launched my wedding business. The Long Version: Weightlifting has taken me to places like Turkmenistan, Germany, & across the country! The weightlifters started getting married, and along the way, I received training to advocate for diverse bodies as a photographer. We have been performing as a band since 2003, when Jordan Shapiro formed the band with some close musician friends in Brooklyn, NY. Since then, the band has performed at hundreds and hundreds of concerts, weddings, festivals, parties, kids birthday parties, and various other kinds of family oriented events. We have an extensive songlist of over 300 songs, drawing from all styles of music, including traditional folk/bluegrass, as well as classic rock, pop, jazz and country. The band has also released 3 full length albums of original music, ranging from progressive bluegrass/newgrass instrumentals to goofy kids songs.
