We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. We are newly built venue that opened in July of 2021. If you are looking for a "chic & classy" venue with quiet, picturesque views and beautiful sunsets, Ivory Meadows is your place! With natural rolling meadows, you will be in awe from the moment you pull into the winding driveway viewing the white barn on top of the hill. The lush green grass surrounds the venue with also a 2 acre wild flower field. When couples walk inside, they love the almost 30 foot high ceiling and the 5 aged iron elegant chandeliers. Our couples love the " white distressed shiplap" on the 3 walls and the ceiling, creating a beautiful backdrop for pictures. This blank canvas allows couples to create the look that they desire! Do as little or as much as you'd like. It's flexible enough to make it formal or even rustic if you like! The photo opportunities are endless with the different views on the rolling meadows. Our heated and screened in patio allows us to use this space all year for cocktail hour!

The OT Farms is available for rental on a year-round basis. Each rental and event is structured as a one of a kind experience. Offering a two day weekend package allows you sufficient time to build the event of your dreams. No event should be rushed and The OT Farms believes heavily in this concept. Through a combination of your vendors, coordinators and The OT Farms staff, we strive to make your event one for the ages.  With the typical weekend package you can begin decorating on Day 1 and hold your rehearsal with dinner that evening. On Day 2 bridal party guests may begin arriving at 9 a.m. to prepare for the big day. We believe your day should be as stress free as possible. We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. The Bushnell Event Center is one of the leading venues for hosting weddings, ceremonies, corporate events, holiday parties, showers, and other events in Downtown Springfield, Ohio. Built in 1893, the remarkable venue has led the way in hosting the most elegant events. The Bushnell Building was built in three stages in 1893, 1903, and in1939. The building continues to be renovated internally to meet tenant needs. The Bushnell Building remains of the most impressive original structures to flank the city’s central square. It is a monument not only to the days of booming business in Springfield but also to the civic involvement of one of Ohio’s great leaders.

The WACO Aircraft Company was the largest manufacturer of civil aircraft in the 1920's and 30's. We also designed and built the CG4A Glider used in WW II. We have 10 aircraft and memorabilia on display. Depending on the time of year, you could also schedule an open cockpit biplane ride!

My Old Kentucky Barn is a new venue in an old tobacco barn. The 1800’s barn is situated on over 50 acres on Main Street in Williamstown, Kentucky. Our owner John grew up in Williamstown and, along with his brother Mike, spent a lot of time painting the white board fence and planting Canna bulbs in the spring. John is only the fourth owner of the property in 180 years. The Webb Family were the longest running owners. In fact, they donated land from the property to form Webb Park to the south. John and Edna Risen purchased the property in 1976 and sold it to John over 15 years ago. There is so much history here and we are excited that others can now enjoy the barn. Even though the outside of the barn looks new, all of the old detail is still there on the inside. We know that brides and grooms will make great memories here with their families. It will also be the perfect venue for milestone birthday parties, reunions and other memorable events.

The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.
