We were so grateful to find an affordable venue in DTLA that had an exterior space for a ceremony interior space for wedding event. The bonus was that the space came with rustic farm tables, chairs, basic lighting & string lights, bar, and pipe and drape. After looking for months - nowhere else in the city offered the value and the wow-factor that Seventh Place did. The staff was attentive, detailed, and thoughtful. Highly recommend to attended one of their open houses, or see if you can take a tour while an event is being setup, that way you can see the space in use. The staff provided sample floor plans for researching how best to use the layout effectively. Things to consider: no kitchen, but if your caterer can prep/heat elsewhere, a buffet style or cooked outside on mobile kitchen worked perfectly. The greenery/ivy is breathtaking on camera - but beware, certain times of year the ivy drips/rains droplets of sticky sap. Not an issue but be mindful of dresses/suits standing beneath it. Parking was easy, load in/out was very easy as well. The space was turn-key, with everything setup as requested when we arrived.

The Hoxton Hotel is a true original as it is unlike any other chic hotel in all of downtown Los Angeles. I have had the pleasure of working with most of the staff, especially those in the event planning department, and at every level my expectations were exceeded. I found the Team Members to be great communicators, organized, and professional from beginning to end. It is also easy to recommend this hotel, with it's many unique spaces, for any event from a conference to a wedding. With a rooftop view to die for and 5-star cuisine you can not go wrong with choosing The Hoxton.

The venue itself is a beautiful and modern space and it was the perfect backdrop for our special day. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and well-equipped venue to host our wedding. The Majestic Downtown is unlike any other wedding venue in Los Angeles. The magic is in the history of the arched windows, in the curve of the marble pillars, in the intricacy of the hand-painted ceiling. We are the venue for the couples who notice the details and want something utterly timeless and one-of-a-kind. We recognize that everyone has different visions of their big day, which is why we are one of the few venues that allows you to bring in all of your own vendors. While we have an excellent in-house caterer, their services are an option, not a requirement. Even the crystals that cascade from the chandeliers are removable, so that we may transition from rustic to glamorous in the span of a couple of hours. The complete freedom to make your vision a reality is what makes us unique.

The Majestic was a DREAM to work with, we also used Ashton as our coordinator and she was a GOD SEND. Our guests still talk about our wedding and how smoothly everything went, and that was hands down thanks to Ashton and her team. They were all super easy to work with, very communicative, overall an amazing experience!

We have 5 main rental spaces (Plaza & Stage, Terrace, Community Room, Courtyard, and Gym) and an underground parking lot. Plaza & Stage: The perfect setting for weddings, concerts, and events of all kinds. Strands of bistro lighting are draped above while lush vegetation, trees, and shrubs surround the plaza. Terrace: The outdoor terrace wraps provides views of Los Angeles St and the Plaza & Stage below. Green space adorns the terrace, which also features a children's playground, community garden, and mural. Community Room: This multi-purpose room accommodates classes, meetings, and more. Features a built-in TV and floor-to-ceiling glass that provide views of the courtyard.

It was a wonderful Venue, and Cassandra answered all the questions we had (we had to be sure of everything so we didn't mess up , so sorry ). The plaza and stage is a great spot , we also had the community room but felt like we didn't actually need that much. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this location. Many many thanks to staff for putting up with us, We are so Grateful and Thankful.

We are a Top floor penthouse in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The perfect space for gatherings or to celebrate a special event. There is no other space like this. We have packages for you to be able to customize the ceiling to a theme of your choice. We can split the space into two sections or you can buy the full space out. We have 6 restrooms total onsite as well as 2 prep kitchen areas and a spacious balcony. Minimum hourly depends on day of the week or type of event. We run our space in time slots not hourly We require a security team to insure the event runs smoothly. This is a separate cost and depends on the capacity. We charge a $2500 refundable security deposit via email invoice. This amount is returned within 4-5 business days of the event once everything checks out.

What a beautiful and amazing space to work at as a photographer. My photo and video team couldn't get enough of the aesthetic that makes Savanna a one of a kind rooftop. It has simple beautiful views of the downtown city scape. Every part and detail of this venue is simply stunning.

We had the most wonderful tiny wedding in the East Room and the patio! My fiancé and I were looking for a venue that felt intimate, but that was in Downtown LA and had a private outdoor space, and the East Room met our criteria. We had a small 8-person luncheon, and it was exactly the experience we wanted: wonderful food and truly amazing service. The room itself was gorgeous, with really beautiful tile floors and a long counter. The patio was also very picturesque with views of DTLA, and we had a bar outside as well. We ran slightly late because of photos/congratulations from family, and the Redbird team was incredibly understanding and we never felt rushed. The meal was also coursed perfectly and everyone loved all of the food served. The events team at Redbird was also great to work with in the planning stages. I had originally planned to keep our ceremony/lunch VERY simple (i.e. wasn’t even planning flowers), and the Redbird team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect flower arrangements and even made a tiny cake to cut. They were easy to work with and super responsive to calls/emails, and were great about follow-ups. I would highly recommend Redbird - and the East Room - for smaller weddings. We had such a wonderful ceremony, and the Redbird team really helped us look beyond our original vision to something even better. Thank you so much!

The Oviatt Penthouse is a ridiculously unique venue. The outdoor patios are amazing- perfect for the ceremony, dinner and dancing. We had a band and it was perfect. The views are insane. The bridal suite is the original owner's bedroom- all w/ original furniture. Gorgeous. The staff were AMAZING. Super cool, down to earth, normal people who are great at their jobs. We are so beyond happy we went with this venue.

What can I say? The Revery will FOREVER be a place that holds a special place in my husband and I's heart. Monica, the owner, is such a pleasure to work with. She is very particular but she is upfront about her rules from the very beginning and never tried to add any hindrance to what we wanted. She was super communicative and kind throughout the whole process. Then - there's the venue itself. We ended up having all three events there. Ceremony (outdoor veranda), Cocktail Hour (upstairs photo studio), Dinner (indoor veranda). Even though it's a "white" space where you have to bring everything in, we LOVED this component because we felt like we were able to design our wedding from start to finish. The blank canvas provided us with an opportunity to really add our own personality. This was the first decision we made when it came to our wedding planning and it was the BEST one we could've made. Built in 1906, The Huron Substation is a stunning historical landmark originally used to serve downtown’s Yellow Car streetcar system. This one-of-a-kind building now offers guests the opportunity to experience the grandeur and majesty of a bygone era in Los Angeles, with modern amenities and style. The elegance and unique historical character of the building make it a perfect setting for your wedding ceremony. The main floor hosts a magnificent grand hall with century-old brick walls, arched windows, 8’ wide chandelier, concrete flooring, and 45-foot cathedral-like ceiling with exposed steel beams. A fire the building survived in the 1980s left a stunning black patina across the historic brick walls. An open staircase leads up to a 1,500-square-foot mezzanine above the main level. Large dramatic barn doors open up to the gorgeous outdoor courtyard with a planted garden, industrial deco fountain, and bistro lighting, the perfect space for an al fresco dining experience.

The Huron Substation was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was prompt, thorough, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the planning process. Their attention to detail and willingness to collaborate with our other vendors ensured our special day ran seamlessly. The venue itself is simply stunning - the historic architecture and character of the space made it feel like the ideal backdrop for our celebration. We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and unique the Huron Substation was. The combination of the indoor and outdoor areas allowed us to transition effortlessly from the ceremony to the reception. The Beverly Room exceeded our expectations! Gorgeous setting, SO MUCH natural light it and transformed effortlessly from ceremony to reception. The team there went above and beyond, even helping us find the linen color I wanted! (Our reception was totally 80s, I guess neon linens are hard to find??) The execution was on point, it truly was the magical, unforgettable experience we wanted for us and our guests.
