Hudson Valley Brewery was a fantastic venue for our rehearsal dinner. The staff was incredibly professional and very helpful throughout the entire planning process. They were extremely flexible and accommodating with our fluctuating guest list. The venue itself was beautiful and clean, providing the perfect backdrop for our rehearsal dinner. The catering from their recommended vendor, The Daily Beacon, served up delicious wood-fired pizza that our guests raved about. And of course, the beer selection from Hudson Valley Brewery was absolutely fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate. Highly recommended!

I recently hosted a 50-person event at Industrial Arts and it delivered on the two most important fronts: totally easy and totally fun. The space is huge. There’s a ton of furniture options so we were able to configure the room exactly how we wanted. We had high tops and picnic tables for larger groups hangs and couches for guests that wanted a little space. It was so satisfying to see my guests have a great time - particularly because I did so little to make it happen. Heather and Nina couldn’t have made things lower maintenance. We planned the entire event over a five minute phone call and a couple of emails. You can tell they wanted to us to have a great time - they were flexible, responsive and proactive. They allowed us to bring in our own DJ and our own catering. The beer is great, the view is incredible and there’s plenty of parking. Plus, you’re 3 minutes from Main Street, so you can stumble to other bars, restaurants and hotels. A, Five Stars, First Rate… you get the idea.

We designated Springhill Suites for the wedding block accommodations. The team was exceptionally professional and accommodating. They even provided signage for the events which coordinated with the wedding invitations. We rented the meeting room for the entire weekend and decorated it for both the bride and grooms families to gather. We utilized it to both welcome our guests on Friday and share breakfast and farewells on Sunday. In addition, we closed off half the room for the groomsmen to prepare on Saturday. The after party took place there as well. I feel the staff and accommodations really set the tone for a wonderful weekend of shared experiences for both families.

Absolutely magical. Getting married at Rushmore Estate was like stepping into a dream. From the moment we arrived at the grand gated entry to our lakeside bonfire after-party, everything was beyond what I ever imagined. The property is stunning, with 50 acres of pure serenity, scenic views, trails, and that private lake? Unreal. The staff was incredible—so helpful, patient, and genuinely dedicated to bringing our vision to life. What really set the experience apart was how thoughtful and accommodating they were from start to finish. Months before the wedding, they helped coordinate an amazing bachelorette weekend for me and my bridesmaids. They arranged airport pickups, planned day trips into the city, and even recommended a walking trail right on the property. The night before the wedding, we had a peaceful slumber party in one of the estate’s suites. No stress, just laughter, wine, and the kind of calm I never thought possible before a wedding. Every single detail, from the day trips to the fire pit after-party, was handled with care. If you're looking for a venue that’s elegant, relaxing, and full of heart, Rushmore Estate is it.

Venue considerations

We started the wedding planning process by starting to look at venues. Falkirk was the first venue we had toured and immediately fell in love with it. From seeing the golf course, the waterfall, the gazebo, and incredible views, it was breathtaking and we imagined ourselves getting married there immediately. We met with Andrea during our tour, and had the pleasure of getting to work with her throughout our planning process, and was absolutely incredible on the day of our wedding! She made herself available to answer our (many) questions, going over timelines, and ensuring that our vision and dreams for the day came true. They had it all, from phenomenal staff to incredible food, not to mention the stunning views. We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the entire wedding weekend. Andrea was an absolute gem to work with, and made sure everything we dreamed of came true. And when we got the opportunity to have fireworks during our reception?! To this day, we have friends and family still talking about the firework show. Andrea worked seamlessly with other vendors and the firework staff to make sure it was a surprise show that no one would forget. Our wedding day was a dream, and we are so glad we had it at the Falkirk Estate and Country Club. We are so incredibly happy we got the pleasure to work with them, and would recommend any couples that are starting the wedding planning process, to reach out to them.
