Formerly the St. Helens Fox Theatre, City Farm Chehalis has been majestically transformed and restored into a unique Western Washington landmark. Originally a Ford Dealership, City Farm Chehalis is history like no other. Combined with historic art from ancient exotic lands, City Farm transports you into another world making any event a one-of-a-kind experience. Works of art from the 18th and 19th century abound while period furniture compliments the décor. The building features Italian Renaissance paintings, which adorn the acoustic coves, and over 50 chandeliers including Lucille Ball’s dining room treasure. Palatial hand-carved pillars accent the first floor and intricate royal facades surround the stage and dance floor upstairs. Classical architectural medallions, ornate mouldings and motifs, old-growth wood and brick abound. Centrally located in the heart of North Portland, The Baker Building is available to host your wedding, reception and ceremony. This historic building has been thoughtfully updated, keeping many of the original details while adding a modern touch. The building features a second floor ballroom with exposed rafters and hanging café lights, elegant hardwood flooring, and tons of natural light. A large kitchen and serving room is conveniently located just next to the ballroom as well as two private suites for guests. *All tables and chairs are included in the rental fee, surround sound PA system, wireless microphones and overhead projector. *We offer an open vendor policy which means that you may bring in outside caterers and alcohol for no additional fee.

The Village Ballroom was established in 1909. If the handcrafted hardwood floors could talk, we would fill a library with stories from the gatherings and celebrations that have been shared within. The enchanting ballroom sits on the second story of the turn-of the-century building, and many of its historic features remain today, such as ornate radiators and milk glass light fixtures. Adjacent to the ballroom is a comfortable sitting lounge, as well as a bar/beverage service room. Every rental package includes use of our our tables and chairs, as well as our in-house sound system. With a 250-standing capacity and 130-sitting capacity, it can accommodate both intimate and large gatherings. The Village Ballroom welcomes all expressions of love and celebration, and will treat every client with respect and professionalism, offering clear communication and transparent policies from the initial inquiry process through event execution.

Hire your dream team of vendors or ask us for our personalized recommendations! Need a little more space? We can help you obtain the permits necessary to utilize the sidewalk, right outside our doors, for cocktail hour overflow. This will allow much more flexibility for ceremony to reception "flips" with a higher guest count, and is also a great option for food trucks.

Located in the heart of Portland's trendy Pearl District, Everett West is a modern-industrial event space that can be transformed into anything imaginable. The space features poured concrete floors, reclaimed wood accents, gorgeous chandeliers and 18' ceilings with skylights. We also have secluded private patio perfect for ceremonies and cocktail hour.

Portland Center Stage is housed in The Armory, a gorgeous, renovated community space in Portland’s lovely Pearl District. The two-tiered lobby spaces dramatically merge Portland history and culture with state-of-the-art sustainable architecture. This setting provides the perfect backdrop for a beautiful and unforgettable evening.

City Bridge & Tunnel is a hip industrial Cocktail bar serving craft cocktails and tasty small plates in a spacious downtown location. CB&T achieves four critical criteria for an ideal wedding after-party: 1)Nearby. Located downtown at SW 12th and Morrison St. mere blocks from the hotels your guests are staying at or the location of the reception. 2)Open late, later than the hotel bar or the hotel lobby/hallway guests tend to gather in after the reception. We’ll be able to accommodate guests until 2:30AM. 3)Unassuming. Guests who have been in heels, dresses, ties, and make-up to look perfect all day want to let their hair down. City Bridge & Tunnel has no dress code, no line to get in, and no Instagram competition. We’re a clean industrial bar with a fun crew and plenty of space for wedding guests to dance, let down their hair, and be as loud as they want. 4)Fun. We offer a complimentary bottle of champagne to the bride and groom and we will provide a live DJ until 1AM.

Black-owned open floor studio with large windows and original exposed brick. The large windows allow a hefty amount of natural sunlight to fill the room. Good for photo shoots, exercise classes, small banquets, birthday parties, baby showers, launch parties, and meeting space. There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. This is your premier and intimate event studio.

From intimate to elaborate our venue has you covered! Our two world renowned restaurants, Departure and Urban Farmer can host small gatherings of up to 30 attendees, while our larger Ballroom and Cityview Living Room can host up to 500 attendees. Have your wedding ceremony on our rooftop or in our ballroom with a reception following in one of our more casual spaces like the Barrel Room or elegant Nines Ballroom. Our hotel is housed in the Meier & Frank Building, built in 1909 and is rich in Portland history yet has a modern, artistic feel being home to over 2 million dollars worth of art by Pacific Northwest artists. We have 331 guestrooms onsite and offer courtesy room blocks, bridal getting ready rooms and suites. The Sanctuary Hall is a stunning, historical landmark in the heart of Portland's Arts District. Step back into time as you bask in the warm glow of 30' hand-made Povey Brothers stained glass installations and run your fingertips along the hand-carved 130 year old Douglas-Fir pews. The Hall's rounded and layered design allows for every wedding to feel like an intimate affair, be it seven people or 700. Beneath the Sanctuary Hall are many more multi-use rooms, including a banquet hall, commercial kitchen, chapel library, multiple dressing rooms. The venue is equipped with modern sound, lighting, and video capturing and streaming equipment. We have a fully functional pipe organ, one of the largest in Oregon, and a 7' Steinway Grand piano at your disposal. As an all-inclusive venue, we include staffing, setup, use of rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc), clean-up, and an event specialist team to assist you with every package!

University Place Hotel and Conference Center has event facilities for groups as small as 5 and as large as 280. Our 8,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space includes 10 meeting rooms and a recently renovated 3,792-square-foot ballroom. Opal 28 is an intimate space, an extension of your living room with a vintage & elegant ambiance. The 2,600 square foot space includes two great rooms, a built-in bar, private outdoor patio and bridal suite accommodations above the venue. The building was originally built in 1908 is conveniently located in inner NE Portland.

Holocene is a unique venue for weddings and receptions — a soaring, modern space with a clean, contemporary mood, endless flexibility, a full-range of amenities, and a dedicated staff. The lofty white spaces, big windows, warm wood, and cozy lighting provide a great backdrop — the space looks wonderful with just a few brought flowers, or can harmonize with a more elaborate scheme. The distinct areas of the space let Holocene work perfectly as a combination ceremony and reception venue, in any season. We have a stable of excellent caterers, floral designers, rental companies, DJs, and musicians to recommend, or, you’re very welcome to bring your own. We have a big stage (and amazing sound system), a DJ booth (and gear, and moving lights and video and haze), a photobooth, dressing rooms, a kitchen and gorgeous full bar (with slushies cocktails, great draft beers…) — all included in the rental.
