While we allow alternative vendors, we are a full-service face with a wonderful variety or beverage and food menus. Our space is flexible and beautiful, and we're able to accommodate many different styles of event. We also offer flexible, interest-free payment plans for those who need them!

Segnatore is a Humboldt Park Neighborhood restaurant inspired by the hidden history of the folk healers in Italy. Influenced by the anthropology in the evolution of traditional and regional Italian cooking, Segnatore's menu created by chef Matt Troost is rooted in tradition and flipped with a contemporary twist that is made to be approachable and communal dining focused. There is an emphasis on utilizing herbs and ingredients that are locally available. All bread and pasta served at Segnatore is made in-house. The beverage program designed by Natalie Smythe follows Italian traditions of using what is local, naturally available, and provides a little something for everyone. There is thought and intention put behind every partnership and ingredient included on the menu; wine, spirits, beer and plenty of Italian non-alcoholic options, including coffee and tea, to satisfy all cravings. An Austrian experience in the '70s was the seed that grew into a family and friends' dream to produce local spirits. The distillery is owned and operated by Charlie and Jenny, a father-daughter team. Our special recipe and process were developed by Charlie and Stan the Man with help from experts on both sides of the Atlantic. Located in Chicago’s Kinzie Industrial Corridor, our production space has an attached tasting room that could definitely host your intimate wedding, rehearsal dinner, and many other events!
