Welcome to The Barn at Bull Meadow, a 7,000 square foot rustic yet modern wedding and event center located less than 10 minutes from downtown Concord, New Hampshire. The Barn was originally built in the year 1830 in Oxford, Maine, and used to be a dairy farm and apple orchard owned by the Pratt family. In 2015, it was transformed into an idyllic wedding & special event venue. The 1830 Wedding Barn is a classic, New England gem set back off of Route 26, surrounded by Maine farmland. Inside of the barn you will see impressive hand hewn beams, original wooden floors and walls, and repurposed original antiques like the hanging apple orchard ladders, hay-claw chandelier, and the Hebron Academy milk cooler. The barn’s historic quality creates a unique experience for guests to celebrate any event. Outside of the barn you will see rolling hills, fields stretching to the edge of the woods, trees from the original apple orchard (which we still bake pies from!), and sunsets fading to the western side of the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy and explore the outside areas of the existing apple orchard and surrounding grounds.

Apple Acres Farm is a certified organic fruit farm located just 45 minutes west of Portland, Maine, in the western Lakes & Mountains region. Your ceremony and reception will be nestled in the trees, overlooking the Saco River Valley. Our venue offers a wide variety of packages with a starting cost of $5,000 + rentals (tent, chairs, tables etc). We can offer wedding coordination, custom lighting installs, cider cocktails, a rehearsal dinner space in our Treehouse Room, and more! We pride ourselves on our personalized service--we are primarily a farm, and so each wedding that we book is a commitment we take on to you and your family, working with you to realize your perfect day.

Our barn uses centuries - old techniques and traditions of joining heavy timber frames with a mortise and tenon method, supported by wooden pegs and brackets. Using local woodworkers and craftsman bring the true Maine experience to our barn. While building an old style building and incorporating all of today's amenities, such as temperature controlled environment, lighting, plumbing and plenty of parking it makes the perfect place for your venue.

The barn at ColdSpring Farm was built in 2008-09 and updated as a venue in 2019. It is a true post and beam barn intended originally for our horses but they prefer to be outside no matter what the weather or season! The barn is rustic yet elegant and has many lovely features to facilitate your special day! The downstairs is fully equipped for dining or dancing, cocktails or even your ceremony should rain threaten. The upstairs is bright, open and typically where dinner is served and a great place for dancing into the evening. A sweet Bride's Cottage sits near our ceremony area. It is a magical little cottage meant for the bride and her party. The ceremony area is fully of live edge benches and a beautiful cedar arbor. And finally, the patio has a large fire pit, a bocce court, rustic tables and plenty of spots for s'mores and fun throughout your day and evening.

The historic Horse & Hound is a 12-bedroom lodge in the White Mountains that is perfect for an intimate micro-wedding or grand affair. Guests have easy access to some of the northeast's best hiking, and mountain and road biking. The lodge sits on a quiet country road two hours from Boston, Portland and Burlington, so your guests will have easy access to airport. The eight-acre estate offers variety of options for wedding events, including: an exposed-beam dining room, a large paved patio, upper and lower outdoor terraces, a charming garden and greenhouse, and a horse trailer bar! Couples can also take advantage of the venue’s many photo opportunities, including among the sugar maples and the bridge over the babbling brook. The Horse & Hound provides an easy drop off and turnaround spot for buses and 55 parking spaces for wedding guests. There are a number of other accommodation options for guests not staying at the property within 5 miles.

Autumn Lane Estate is a special place to us and a property that has been in the family since the area was settled. We purchased it 3 years ago and designed this venue while preparing for our own wedding! We put our heart and soul into crafting the space while using our own wedding planning experience to provide extra unique details with future couples in mind.
