We offer site only pricing for your ceremony or more inclusive pricing for ceremony, reception, catering, bar services and even our adorable mini donkeys as beverage burros for your wedding! We have the perfect hillside for your vows and a beautiful reception site that can accommodate up to a 40'x60' tent. 1 C Barn is an elegantly rustic custom home/retreat surrounded by 15 acres of land in picturesque Colorado. With timbers sourced out of the Black Forest burn, siding from the original land homesteader, and beetle kill pine throughout the interior, it holds a refined country barn ambiance. 1 C Barn has been specifically designed for intimate, simple, and fun gatherings up to 65 people (maximum capacity)

The Tex Ranch is a BRAND NEW VENUE! It has a beautiful barn that was built in 2000 originally as a working barn. It has been transformed into a rustic yet elegant venue to host your ceremony or reception. There is plenty of room for food, drink and dancing. Our outdoor grassy field area will accommodate large or small weddings up to 200. With all the beautiful surrounding views, it truly makes for a lovely and special outdoor event. The Tex Ranch is the ideal setting for your ceremony and reception!
