Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. Our building was originally the Cheyenne Building (est. 1903) home to many businesses and was also one of the first hotels in the area. We are proudly the oldest Brewery in Colorado Springs est. 1993. We proudly serve our own craft beers made here on premise and offer beer tours with our head brewer if you'd like to know more about the brewing process. We have spaces that suit every occasion. Our Billiards hall is perfect for a social mixer, these semi-private event spaces feature pool tables and games for your guests enjoyment.
